The ratio for Nuoc Mam is exactly what I would use at home. It works well, and depending on the desired taste, I might add more Fish sauce, lime juice and/or sugar.

in Turkey we have the "money gifts" part as well and sometimes one can even afford a honeymoon with all the money one gets :D in more traditional weddings the guests bring gold bangles or gold coins and "pin" it on the bride's wedding dress...

Does it have to do with the location of where the dish is prepared? My mom makes the spring rolls with the pork and there's always that sliver of pork fat at the end of the meat. I don't really like it though.
In Japanese cuisine, meat with fat on it is Pefer over lean meat. It makes the meat tender. Meat with fat cost more Han lean meat in Japan. Have you notice in the world of food cuisine as of 2016, pork belly with is like a lot of fat is the new rave. Same with bone marrow etc. high end restaurant are serving it like crazy.
Yes, how about a video where you walk around a "regular" German supermarket showing what ingredients you can and can't get, plus substitutes or other ideas to incorporate into your fantastic recipes.
Helen, I love your easy and quick recipes, they are so yummy even after my first tries, thanks so much! Plus just my idea, if you ever run out if what to cook for teaching us, do some more Korean or japanese or even Thai food, I would be so lucky to have you teaching me those! And are you pregnant, lady? That last scene outside makes you look prego.. If not, just excuse me, I have bad eyes sometimes!!

SuperJumpReviews we normally prefer pork with fat (like shoulder or belly) so the cooked meat is not too dry.
