brother you did the right thing by going and talking with that customer one on one. You understand that each customer and each employee is different. This is huge in so many ways to make your business successful Great job sir keep up the grind
Great idea on the salt bins Every time a customer opens up a bin and applies salt to ice. It removes liability off you and your customer. We all know what type of world we live in today with lawsuits
Stumbled across your channel a week ago. Minnesota area I like snow removal 😮 Great channel and inside look on your operation daily. Big boy almost went down outside your office door. 😮
Love the videos, didnt know you did snow also. I am from Ontario Canada. Id suggest yea a 924G loader to push banks.. just 1, you can get them pretty cheap 30-40k since they are 2002 to 2008ish.. Would definitely do the trick just with the bucket, youd be surprised once you get one, you wonder how you did stuff with a backhoe or skidsteer.. Now plowing with them is even better but the angled pushers are pricey like a AMI Reactor Also I am surprised yous still have 2004-2006 chevys on the road lol
Watching some of your older SNOW videos ....... while it's 94deg with 92% humidity here in GA. For us non snow removal states, how the heck do you charge for snow removal? ( without giving YOUR numbers) Need a video on that.
@@pagelservices IF it snows up there this yr :) Go into it a little more for us non snow states. Cus this whole ...4" 10am,, 2" 2pm and 6"all evening shit just does not work my head, on how the customer can budget for that when they have a 2 acre parking lot and walkways. You charge by the inch? lol They just send you a blank check and you fill it in at the end of the month??? You Fcking crook! lol FYI I watch every video you and Ryan V.O. put out along with Letsdig18 and dieselcreek. (58yr old retired Business owner)
I just saw in the video the shop in the backyard. It seems like you have a very good size operation very big you must have a lot of guys working for you. I’m solo would love to maybe someday. Hi a guy to help it would really make a difference.
@@pagelservices Sorry didn’t mean that rude, just like when there is no music and just the actual sound of work lol everyone one puts so much editing in these days like the unedited versions and real sounds of work being done. Great videos
As for snow customers they seem to have this idea the they are the only yard you have to clear and call before thinking that you are out there plowing and mite have issues with equipment and / or the amount of snow falling down. And as for the competitor is an issues every ware they seam to think is there to cut the price and get more customers they will be a head put they don't take consider more customers means more fuel more brake down more hours a for salary's witch makes them working for very little money at the end of the day Just saying Yves from Canada
This is why I like you , you don’t show or talk about the high moments like most channels , you show it all the good and the bad …..
Just wait until we get the boss actually pissed off on camera lol
We’re here for it

90% is based off of square footage, as we have a man hours equation that does that. Some can change though depending on property

Great video man the totes are a great idea
They are! Highly recommended. Thanks for watching!
Tell more about the bins. Where can they be purchased? We use 5 gallon buckets with screw on lids and need something bigger.
The bins and scoops are from snowdogg products. The signs on the front we have a local place make up. Thanks for watching!
Here in Pa. The Reading area I get 100 an hour per truck
That's awesome! Keep it up. Thanks for watching!
