There are just so many schools of thoughts that I find myself in a rabbit hole trying to research this. To touch the mushaf or not, to read on iPad or phone, to just listen on headphones, don’t listen at all. Just do other Adhkar. Can u pls pls answer this question in the true light of Quran and Sunnah? Jazakallahu khairan
