EASILY one of my favorite PS2 games ever, and i want to kick myself in the teeth every few months for trading it in like an idiot. PSP version was pretty good too, but playing with the nubbin felt SO BAD i didnt like it nearly as much.

In defense of Dragon Ball, Mr. Popo was based on the Mahakala, a Hindu deity over space and time. And apparently, they just look like that in some depictions. Also, the "donut lips" just kind of appeared on characters back then. The main character in Kinnikuman has them, and he's a white guy!
