Are the k transmissions that weak? I've been out of the game a while but have had several b series over 500 hp and never had a problem out of a headset or transmission. Just bought another project and was debating a k24 awd build
K series gears are probably 20 percent narrower in width then B series gears. Cool thing about the K though if miss 2nd you can usually skip 3rd and go straight to 4th and still win.
I love the H-series. Nobody ever talks about the h series anymore, why I don't know honestly. They are underrated and cheap to build too. I love the H series big block so much I put one in my 94 Integra. But I only race V8s with it down here in Memphis Tennessee. I hurt alot of their feelings too. Lol I love it! I need that throttle body and intake setup on mine 🙏🏼✌🏽

If you over rev then try to power shift in manual transmission or shift quick at red line or over , some times it will Jam or won't Go into gear properly ,k transmission are known for this that's why most drag racing honda cars are sequential race boxes quicker and more reliable.

Sure.. both at the slowest. Are mid 11 sec cars. Do you own and drive a mid 11 sec car or faster? Crx can easily be 11.0-11.3 @120 mph plus. Both look like low 11s or high 10s.
