- Well, this car did not take long at all to take the crown as the Worlds fastest and quickest all motor civic! This car is powered by a JBR Engines K20z1 and is tuned by Omar Crespo on a Fueltech FT 550. It is also using the Quaife Sequential transmission! The car sounds sooooo good going down the track and its incredible the times that it is putting up on the board! we are talking, this car to the 1/8 mile can give a run to the sfwds! its getting there in 5.5 seconds!!

They did. They reset the record with an 8.15 @ 165 mph. That same weekend they’ve gone 170mph

At the level they are at you need more lower out of the ignition system so they upgrade from the stock coil pack setup

This car falls under the outlaw all motor class. So yes it’s legal for the class it runs.
That sequential trans cost as much as the motor. When other racers invest a sequential trans for outlaw NA then we'll see more action.

I think it's the fuel. There's a blue civic on 1320video channel I think, which ran 8 secs. It's an all-motor k24 with displacement boosted to 2.7l and makes 600 hp. It's powered by nitromethane. Surely this one also uses nitromethane, because the sound alone can tell you

It’s called nitro methane. Nitro is a power adder it’s not n/a 😂.
Still car is naturally aspirated not forced induction.
Look up Nhra rules. It’s not considered naturally aspirated at all. The fuel carries its own oxygen. That’s why is not n/a because it’s not naturally just getting air. It’s also getting air through injection. There was a 3 rotor drag car in a Miata shell like 10yrs ago in Puerto Rico that ran 7.7 on nitro. All this Honda guys trying to claim na but it isn’t.

@@yujyuj2957 they carry the atom o not o2 which it’s oxygen. Nitromethane carries 50 percent the oxygen (o2) needed for combustion. Nitro methane makes about 2.5 times more power than those fuels.
