Nose has been blocked for 8days now.
Had motair fx for 5 days (for allergy).
Now cetrizine. No help.
Also using otrivin spray. Can't breathe. Nose running like a waterfall.
To make matters worse, having headache + cough/breathing issues at night.

as we are suffering from sneezing so whrn u do jal niti , as that time when water starts to penetrates inside u will feel to sneez,
for that what i do first i do jalniti in both the nose quickly and after that i immeadetly stop breathing from the nose by blocking nose through fingers for few minitues until the water inside the nose doesnt dry and then i put an mask or hankerchief for another few minuts and there after 10 minutes i feel no sneezing and completely relax , so remember what i said after jalniti
