Sounds like an outfake to me. Just take the track Butcher and make the drums sound wishy/washy... then overdub a bunch of misc chaotic sounds over it. Voila! Instead "new Killing Joke" outtake.
Sorry Mate,but you seem to be wrong here, In the "A Prophecy Fullfilled" Book, the Engineer of the WTF...! Rec, Sessions tells a story,where they got visitors in the studio and one of them was a short stature and Jaz locked the poor guy in an unused swimming pool pit right under the recording room. The guy was shouting "Let me out!" all the time, and Jaz was shouting at the Engineer:"Push fucking RECORD!" Further the Engineer said that he`s unsure but they might have used this spooky screams on Madness.EWhich is now proved wrong, and as the screamings are clearly present on here this ain`t a fake imho. Oh and BTW: Thanks for that Scotty!!!

Demos by many bands sound similar to other songs, they may be early takes or hooks that turn into something else, this definitely is not fake.
