Wren looks interesting👍 I used to carbon offset way back in the 90's, calculating it myself, before there were calculators (before the internet 😮) and donating to The Woodland Trust 😊
Love your routine! Nearly same as mine. 😊 Except I drink my coffee and read first; then pooch walk; yoga; meditation; work; no breakfast, I do a fast until lunch; then lunch is either oats, etc. or toast (something like this; more reading during lunch); more work; 2nd pooch walk; evening: quick piano practice (trying to learn) & Italian & geography (amazing what one can learn on apps!). Dinner, a show, last pooch stroll; tidy and sleep! If time: journaling and am also trying to learn watercolouring... I have a weekly list of house chores too... so I do whatever is on my list on the given day, this way I don't have to do chores during the weekend. The scenery in the beginning: absolutely gorgeous! Did you mention that you were watching a property show? We love watching Escape to the Country... 😂 And at the moment, we are finishing Winter Watch. :) Hugs! x
Like your routine, especially your walks. “The true measure of a person is the bill they pay to their bookmaker.” Paraphrased from Colin Fletcher, Complete Walker III, who quoted Henry D. Thoreau.
I do most of your habits - but having fibromyalgia I'm awake around 4-5am but have to wait a few hours for my pain meds to kick in before I'm (hopefully) functional for the day. Love that you have the neighbour dog come to visit. We used to have a dog come to visit from a few streets away. He would bark at our front door to come in, would stay the day, and then bark at the front door when he wanted out to go home.

There's a bit of Staffy in Sky's friends (Archie?) face, I think (I've fostered a Staffy Lab cross and walked hundreds of Staffys as a rescue volunteer) Your meals look lovely!
It would be helpful if you would superimpose your recipe ingredients on the screen. Like your smoothie went from banana/almond butter/spinach to suddenly having liquid. Was it water? Almond milk? It looked yummy!
Hi Molly, I have read the Salt Path, it's a really good book. Living in the SW of England and having walked a lot of the coast path I found it really interesting, and they are amazing people. We're very similar in what we eat, I always have a smoothie every morning with banana, blueberries, spinach and oat milk. I also make tofu scramble which is delicious, much nicer than eggs :-) Just wondering, does your partner eat with you, you seem to only talk about meals for you?
I enjoyed this video and your recent post about the hot water bottle. Just a word to suggest you check with your Dr. about the horrible cramps. I had the same and it turns out it was endometriosis.
Love this video, i needed to see this today, feeling unwell and wanting to improve upon current routine slippage. Could I ask where your yoga leggings are from? I'm desperately trying to find some, and yours look really well fitted and good quality xxx
It was nice to see a relaxing day in your life! I love pilates too. Random tip- if you coat a spoon in a bit of oil (any kind will work) before you put peanut butter or tahini on it the pb/tahini will slide right off with ease!
Hello Molly. Thank you for sharing this video. Your meals always look yummy 😋. Do you manage to keep this schedule everyday or only when you are off from work? I wake up shortly after 5 a.m., as I need some time before going into work (this slowly time is very important to me) and I try to eat healthy, but it's not always easy, much easier at weekends, when I'm off 😉 Have a lovely week 😊
I loved the Salt Path book and also the follow up. Does your partner keep the same hours as you? I like going to bed early but my husband prefers later x

Hi Molly, such a lovely day 🌻
Thank you 😊💚
Amazingggg 🤩😍😻 but I think it would be better if this routine was voiceover instead of background music and talking to us as a vlog 🤗❤️😘😚

Aw it must be such a wonderful read if you know the area. We sometimes eat together but just happened not too on this day 😊💚
💫es muy buena tu vida, me encanta todo lo que haces!
Saludos de un Uruguayo 🇺🇾🧉
Thank you!
This is very refreshing, do you spend much time on your phone replying to messages etc?
Not much, I schedule it in for my business then only have a few close friends that I prefer to communicate with in person if possible :)
Thank you for sharing a day in your life in the winter 😊👍⚘ quite lovely, it is a very good idea to take care of ourselves
Thank you lovely! I'm so glad you enjoyed 😊💚
Lovely and desirable...a wonderful way of expressing how nice things can be...

I love tofu scramble .. I normally prefer to use silken tofu.. I add turmeric, kala namak, and I carmelise my onions ... yummy 😋
Sounds yum! 😊💚

Thank you for your comment lovely! My days do vary and can't always get all the reading time I like but try and do these habits most days 😊💚
Hello from the United States. Question if you don't mind if I ask. Do you plant your own vegetables? Just curious Have a lovely day...
Only a few herbs and salad but I'd like to learn more!
I loved the Salt Path book and also the follow up. Does your partner keep the same hours as you? I like going to bed early but my husband prefers later x
I want to read the second one now! Yes we pretty much do the same hours 😊
Are your early morning walks local to you or do you have to drive to them?
We do both but tend to use our local walks most days which we can walk too 😊💚
