The EVH 5150 is still one of the most jaw-dropping amps I've played in person and holy shit this sounds just like it

@@Mendelian YES. It has that sizzle and edge to it that the older 5150s don't seem to have. It's a love/hate thing with the EVH and I adore it

Haven't played this one but previously today I've used the STL Andy James plugin with your IR. One of the sickest guitar tones that I've ever got with a plugin and I've tried a lot of them... 😅

Sounds insane! Do you use an Overdrive in front? Made quite cool experiences with the Fortin 33, especially in combination with the Emissary amp.

I'm surprised by the settings you had that allowed you to get that tone. Using the built-in IRs, that 5153 model is extremely dark. I have to push the treble and presence to almost maximum to have a "mix adequate" tone.
But I guess you achieved that using the post-EQ we very quickly saw?

F# in B standard (only low string is tuned lower).
