I have just moved from a Ranger Wildtrack 2022 to an Amarok 2024. The Amarok IS a Ranger just different spec levels. Not from choice the lease company didn't have any Rangers. Only one thing driving me mad. No sports mode on the gearbox. I think it is the case for all new Rangers. Very very bad idea. I have just found a fix though that makes a massive difference. Put it in tow/haul mode!!! This also switches 4 wheel drive on but you can turn thst off and it keeps the gear changes nice and sporty. Makes a huge difference on twisty roads and for overtaking.
In Australia, my V6 TD ranger wildtak also has 4-Auto which the car switches into during Tow-haul mode….this automatically adjusts the power distribution like a full-time 4WD system….
It’s dead easy in the screen. Push the wide off-road button at the back of the console nearest to the cubby box and the dedicated screen comes up on the dash which includes hill descent and rear diff lock and so on. As seen at about minute 5 in the video above.
I think you should point out that for inexperienced off-road drivers, the hill decent mode uses the ABS system to control speed, ie the brakes. If you use it all day on steep inclines and do not allow the brakes to cool and recover, you will experience brake fade and a resultant runaway vehicle.
Hi, these are 20" Predator Iconic Alloys. You can get them from our website, you will need wheel arches due to the large offset on the wheel - www.4x4at.com/ford-ranger-predator-iconic-xd-matt-black-alloy-wheel

I’m pretty sure the hill decent was on the old model as I’ve have it in my euro 6
so if i want to go fast in the road witch mode should i use
so it means we have to stop everytime to set up the car depending on the terrain
Does raptor ranger has front locker too?
Can the diff lock and downhill assist be turned on/off with a physical button, without using the screen?
No

@@4x4AT Ah ok, in my country they have only the 2L model, any issues with the electronics? or the screen?
