Not related to this video but wanted to commend you on the meditation video. I loved it. A fantastic demonstration of mindfulness. I'm not sure if you are aware but it's used in the treatment of EUPD. As a mental health practitioner, I have never seen anyone demonstrate the technique as well as you did Danny. Really great work. Much, much respect.
Omg thanks for this comment. As someone with eupd, I didnt watch this one as I've tried meditating but my thoughts raced in the silence and I can't control my breathing at the best of times. Any solutions that stop me being a quetiapine zombie (amongst other meds) would be greatly helpful so I'm gonna give it a watch.🙏 cheers again
