Darren you had me when you described your breakfast routine of bread and milk for breakfast! my mum used to call Hops i think, anyway, she would put it in the pan with a knob of butter and heat it all up. i loved it tbf mate… but i would lie to my mates who all used to have cereal etc!! i have BPD, PTSD, ADHD i relate because our upbringing, i was born into domestic violence abuse, 1970, didn’t know anything different . I’m in a bad way having a breakdown recently and just want you to know that although i’m not into the drug scene, i watch you alongside my husband. @@paulos1878not many prisoners these days will have nonces off and try and waste them. In the 80s though it was happening all the time, screws in Walton used to come and tell the lads if there was a wrongun in general population, they’d say something like `fancy a bit of sport’ but `do him in the recess and stop him from screaming’ a PO of the remand wing who was old school used to put lads onto them.
