"La mif" is slang for family in french ! As a general rule in french , when a word end with "e", that "e" is silent. So for exemple , Nèfle is pronounced Nèfl🤓 Your prononciation of Sauge was perfect though !
Looks cute and relaxed! I really like the art style and there's probably more driving around past this first hour, as this part felt more like the intro to the game world, story and gameplay mechanics. Didn't realize it was made by a french studio before the video, but it's pretty clear with some of the in-game details, and the way they're referring to a specific region of France but adapted is pretty cool and well done. Also your pronounciation of some of the french words was pretty funny :D
I have only played a few hours so far, but i can already tell that its gonna consume my weekend. I just love exploring in this game every nook and cranny, plus they scattered the components just lying around so it activates my loot goblin brain 😁. Thank you for this first look, i made my decision to get the game after watching your video.
yeah the dialogue is very clearly written in French and translated to English Looks cute and pretty though I think it's also a bit heavy on the sound effects? Every single time you get to something interactable, not only does it give you a shiny holographic indicator, it also plays a short sound effect, and if there are multiple interactables near each other, that's a bit much. Interestingly there seem to be different sound effects for different kinds of interactions. It wasn't clear to me which is which yet but I'm sure across a playthrough that would become obvious.
i always wondered amounts of water you drink for videos like these where you need to read every dialogue yourself :D love the game btw, has a light tone i could follow!
I know the village is hard up, but making someone gather supplies for their own party? Come on people! Very cool looking game and the gameplay seems right up my alley. I'll probably have to check this one out.
3:05 two dads hell yeah, another french inclusivity W 14:56 why didn't they just break the jammer with idk hammers?? or just the fans giving it power 37:36 the game has no deaths, no health bar, that's why no death
