For years, I've had milia under my eyes up to the lash line. My dermatologist says they only can be lasered, but I'm afraid the skin might look different afterward. What else can be done about milia? I've been using La Roche's Retinol Serum at night and their Vitamin C Serum with sunscreen during the day for a year but nothing changed. I'm a 31-year-old (young😂) man.

Have you done gentle TCA peels like 7%? You would be amazed at how effective they are. Go slow and maybe do two passes underneath there and baby the skin for the first five days. Occlude it with like aqua phone or baseline to protect it. It will turn the skin. I do a series of peels once a month during the cold weather. Always use sunscreen. If you aren’t diligent in protection don’t do it. Good luck I know that is frustrating. 😊

I'm 26 years old, I have fine lines because I lost over 20 kg of weight even though I lost in a healthy way I ended up with fine lines I don't know why, my doctor recommended I use a derma roller with vitamin C&E serum, my question is am I going to see a lot of difference about my fine lines? Thanks

Should you not combine peptides with Vitamin C? Thank you!

Copper peptides and ascorbic acid are usually what folks advise against (one of them cancels out the other).

Hi, a bit off topic, i have been using the lowest % of Retin A for a few years now. My question is, do you or should you always have to go stronger? I dont peel anymore of course which makes me think it has not been working as good as it should.. your thoughts?

What I did was add the next strongest % but use it once on the first week and continue to use the lower % for the rest of the week. Then week 2 I would use it twice and so on until your skin gets used to the higher strength. I find this gradual approach more effective and prevents your skin from reacting to the higher strength %. The results are cumulative over time so as long as you're consistently using it you will see results in the long term. I hope this helps.😊
