I think it'd be a fun challenge to take 5 bad levels in the level viewer have chat vote which one for a remake then remake the level so that it's good.

I'm not usually one to say that literally is unnecessary because I realize that it is used for emphasis, but that's an egregious use of literally. It would be more impactful to say something like the following: I've gotten a brutal precision level and a triple shell jump level in expert - it was miserable. Also, paying people to audit levels sounds like a waste of time and money. That's what skips are for.
Difficulty is arbitrary and subjective. I can barely do a shell jump. Never done a double to save my life. But I can knock out a precision level as long as I'm allowed to take my time. I've beaten several that panga has given up on. Meanwhile Panga has one-shot several levels that I had to give up on because they were too hard for me. There is NO objective way to rate level difficulty. The most effective option we have is conglomerate ratings based on overall user experience; deaths versus clears, and give ups versus continuing until victory. What you're really saying is that your particular skill set is the only one you care about. You don't want a difficulty meter that is better for the community as a whole on average.
The strat for the speedrun might be to not land for as long as possible after the conveyor. It looked like you might be able to fly through that whole upper area with the 50 and maybe even bounce off the snowkie after.

For the speedrun impossible level, me thinks that for the top route, if you manage to jump and twirl without landing after jumping from the conveyor belt and going under the spring, you can maintain the conveyor speed for some distance and shave probably .1-.2 seconds more.

Edit: one level finished on a yoshman today, Bulgaria was one of like four countries that stymied me when i tried to fill out a map of Europe. The single level beaten on the yoshman also stymied me apparently
Actually at level 6375 there was a saved red yoshman that I didn't even noticed at 1st until I went to rewatch it. But yoshman did make an appearance and was saved across the tape🎉. Stats were updated to show a yoshman saved.

thought so too, maybe do a tripple jump off the converyor to get more hight and keep more speed by jumping on the snowkie
