Seeing Smallant not being able to do the surface clip makes me feel like the "mcqueen is fading" from cars 3
His skills are just rusty since he hasn't done as much vanilla Odyssey content. Even CJ and Fir had a rough time for a bit after jumping back into it
@homerman76 true, tho i learned the clip from his videos in 2020 and recently i could still do it after not having played for over a year
@_Jack10kg That still doesn't really mean much, his mindset for this game and in general is very different from how he was in 2020. It doesn't really mean his skills for the game are fading, he just couldn't get that on in particular at the given moment 🤔

You guys should do a manhunt, but with 8 players, 4 players hunting and 4 players playing, if one person get to the end you win.
Hunters could win pretty easily. All they have to do is pick the runners off one at a time
A manhunt infection sounds very fair. Ur gonna have so many opportunities to catch ppl creating more hunters. Let alone in the middle of a boss fight+ speed runner death snail chasing u in an enclosed space. Like it’s jover by cascade.
I feel like 2 hunters and 6 runners would be better, the hunters could still cut people off and single them out but they couldn’t just steamroll through them like a 4v4.
I feel like that would still collapse at the Topper/Harriet fights in Bowser's, if not sooner.

This is honestly one of my favorite kinds of content, a bunch of people who are really good at something combining their powers to do it even better, would love to see more like this!
4 Players is way more manageable as a viewer, but, 8 players is way more intense, which can be mor entertaining, but, way harder to follow.
You guys should geniunely try to optimize times on this

The way this played out feels fairly similar to how multithreading a program goes. Utilizing more threads doesn't always make things faster.
