The winter holidays are so exhausting for me as a person with depression, I admire your strength both for making it through and listening to your body and taking time away when needed. That “Lauren died” comment was too much! Literally laughed out loud. And her goofing off during the music time- she really is so extra! :) So glad you’ve been doing well with the mast cell reactions this week!
You are beautiful and I admire you so much. I am disabled and I am impressed with your ability to make it through all you have to deal with. You're so strong and you have to work so hard on managing your body. I'm glad you have family helping you. You are just so cool. You even have a great sense of style! I use reusable gift boxes from dollar tree! So, the boxes circulate around the family. It's really fun!
We use the brown paper as wrapping. I'll also lay it out and the kids will color all over it before we recycle. My youngest will say "big paper!" lol. Merry Christmas! Happy Birthday and Happy New Year. :)

It is nice to see you had an amazing christmas week! Even if our health isn't always that kind, it is so awesome to see how you go through all that extra challanges which are invisible for "healthy" people...🤗 Futhermore, i really love to see the christmas traditions of your family, and the "Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte" as well!!! I'm from germany, so somehow it feels a little bit strange and also funny to watch you doing similar things like we practise here in Germany...🌐😀 Traditions can built up bridges!🙌

Hi Christina! I have spent the past 4 days binging your videos from the start! While there were so many things along the way I wanted to comment on I really wanted to wait until the end before I wrote to you. But this video requires a response. I have already purchased the SI belt and prism glasses and was investigating the CDB oil. Then you had me interested in the Theramu and now this video has a 50% off code!!!! Are you kidding me?! That is beyond awesome and generous! I definitely took advantage and ordered the Relieve Pro and the Calm oil - I couldn't pass up the opportunity to test out both cream and oil, and both strengths to see which one works best for me. Second, when you showed how far you can open your mouth I literally clapped and cheered out loud! I did actually start watching you with your rehab story video and worked back a bit, but I hate watching/reading anything knowing the end, so I quickly jumped to the beginning. :) I just have about 5 more videos to catch up to the present. Which is sad because then I'll have to wait each week and it's been lovely spending the long weekend with you! I don't have EDS or any diagnosable disorders, just chronic pain from a car accident that completely jacked up my jaw and neck. Glad you got through the Christmas period ok, well as much is expected. Yes I know that feeling, build it up you be busy over Christmas holidays, I often felt how on earth did I get through it, as very achey, but don't often see my family so make the best of it when with them. Happy New Year x

When I want to eat at gatherings but don't want to be sick, I chew the food like normal and spit it into a styrofoam cup that can be thrown away when I'm done.
Hope it was the Merriest Christmas and Happiest Birthday, many more to come too! Love your room looks cozy, so who does the cleaning? I get too tired and then have to live with dust and when I clean I react. So what foods can you actually eat these days? So nice what they all did for you.
Questions on p/t, what things do they always address and how often do they reassess you from head to toe? I struggle to find a therapist that addresses my mobility issues, they get so hung up 1 or 2 things that they forget to assess simple things like posture and core body strength.
I totally understand what you mean about working so hard to make it for the days of Xmas. Also glad you figured out your issues with xolair. Glad for all the positives. Blessings, glad you can vlog, I would never be able to get focused on that. Godspeed!
