First Thing to Do:
Get an OBDII Scan of the Onboard Computer (PCM/ECM) for Error Codes.

ABS VSA Modulator Actuator Solenoid
The FCW sensor is either a camera placed on top of the car’s windshield, or a radar sensor placed behind the lower grille in the front of the car.
It depends on the car model you drive and the type of FCW system your car uses.

Honda odyssey 2015 after heavy rain show FCW LDW check engine , so I did tune up , spark oil , after that diconect battery 5 minutes and Problem solve ....thanks you

I have a 2014 Honda Accord EX-L and all of a sudden the FCW system fail came on after I plugged a phone charger into the cigarette lighter/ charger port and the radio glitched out and turned off. I unplugged my phone charger turned the radio back on then plugged my charger back in and same thing happened again. Unplugged the car charger again, and left it unplugged then the FCW System Failed came on with the power steering, & LDW lights came on and they intermittently come and go. The car seems to be driving fine other than those lights and the FCW system failed. It’s currently at the dealership for the next few days after my regular mechanic said he couldn’t find anything wrong because when I took it to him it was one of the instances when the lights were off .
Same thing happened to me... I unplug the charger and turn the car off... Turn the car back on the warning was gone

Can you please tell me what the dealer found? I just spent $800 on repairs with no resolution.
@@abundance2116 I went to to both the dealership and a mom & pop mechanic. They said I needed an ABS Module. The car drives fine, I’m just saving up to buy it.
My fcw system has failed and when i out my car in drive to pull off at a roll its a weird noise and i get the same noise in reverse, the car is jerky at acceleration and when i take my foot off the gas. Any idea what the problem is?
Did U find out what it was??? Sounds like the same problem I'm having...when u come to a stop do it feel like the Motor is Shaking??? Cause that's also a problem that I have.....

@@dylanmcown3d I was told it was because my windshield had cracked!!! and that crack in the glass throws off the sensors in the windshield & it makes sense because I didn't start seeing that in my dash until the glass got cracked--smh
Mine was spark plugs. Cylinders 1,2,3 looked the worst. Of course they are the hardest to get to. In addition I had to do a coil on cylinder 1. Hope this helps one person.
Same issues here, 014 Touring, 4 cyl, I did battery disconnect yesterday and waited like 40 min, reconnected battery terminal and the 2 FCW lights came back on, along with TPMS light. I went for a lap and the lights went away. Disabled the FCW in the system menu and this morning I had no lights on for like 20 min of driving, then lights came on, so I parked the car. waited like 20 min and when I started it again, no lights again. So it seems like it has a mind of it's own. However I get no check engine light and I can drive normally. I also checked my smaller fuses in the fuse-box, except for that big, long fuse.. Don't really want to approach local Honda dealer, only to rip me off. They tried it once with A/C and I fixed it for $4- by replacing a relay. Honda dealer wanted to replace compressor and condenser. Someone here on YT helped me with that. I am sure there is a simple solution for this common issue, so many Honda owners have. Any help is appreciated.
Can a FCW System Failure message be caused by Error code P2101 (throttle body)?
This just happened to me today and the FCW warning came up on my dashboard and the wheel felt really stiff as I took a wide right turn.
What was the issue it's the same one for me

The same happen to me what's the fix
So just changed my wheel bearing. Now have all ABS, Traction, FCW, LDW lights on
I left the car in acc so the steering lock would not be an issue when needing to turn the knuckle… I took the sensor out and undid the little bracket.
I feel like this has something to do with it.
I’m gonna take the tire back off and see if I screw the wires up on accident. I already tried unplugging the battery for a bit and it all came back. Will update later with any new info!!

Im having a similar issue. Went for wheel alignment and all of a sudden, my ldw abd fcw doesnt work anymore and i have yellow lights on my dashboard now.

this just happened to me, The FCW and LDW system failed and a bunch of lights came on, on my dash, it turned the car off and on 3 times then the lights went away but then i tried driving it the next morning and i tried to go past 40mph and then all the lights came back on and it wouldn’t let me go past 40mph and if i tried to force the gas pedal it would break, i disconnected the battery for 5 minutes then connected it again and it didn’t do anything, i cleaned all the cameras and still nothing. I also took it to Autozone for a scan and nothing came up, they just told me no issues found so idk what to do anymore, can you please lmk how to fix this
Does your car work fine because this had just happened to me the other day where my car just completely shut down and it didn’t accelerate at all. Had to shut off the car and turn it back on for it only to work for a few seconds where it shut down again. Had to end up towing it and don’t know if it is drivable

When mine go off it won’t go pass 40 or it’ll start shaking as if it’s stalling out .
Somebody please help me! I’m having this issue, steering wheel light, abs, fcw, ldw, traction control, my Alternator tested bad so I had it replaced. All the lights are still on, they come and go. They’re not on constantly, but as I’m driving they come on and go off. Normally they stay on for a hour or two and then go off for a hour or two. It’s driving me crazy, the fuses look fine. I haven’t had bad weather, and I have a weird pop noise from time to time. My cv axels are fine, but the sounds coming from up front
I’m also not getting any codes, like at all. I checked with my OB2 code scanner and there’s nothing
@@gabriellofty8964 it is likely just the ABS/VSA module. Sometimes cleaning it may fix it, otherwise it may be need to be replaced or re-built. Some pple have been able to send it out and get it re-built for like 400 bucks. It’s better than a whole new module that goes for like 1200 bucks.
My car has had these lights on for almost 2 months now. Replaced the battery and the terminals, and nothing changed. Everything checked out fine. I just don’t have the ABS light. It may just be my throttle body that needs to be cleaned or the VSA module. Regardless, the car drives fine so I’ve just left it as is. Just annoying to look at.
@@elitespeeds6278 so I took it to Honda and you were right, it was the absolute module. They quoted me $2300, and I have a wedding in 2 days with the honeymoon after that. I’m saying screw it, and I don’t have the money for that so we’re going to enjoy the planned wedding and honeymoon 🤷🏻♂️

Caz if they didn’t find it before u mentioning it to them they prob couldn’t find nothing for all u know or a smaller issue but caz u mention that an they know that’s more money theyll scam u an fix the small prob an say they fix/replace the board caz u mention it so they’ll use it as if it’s a validation….
I’d take it somewhere else don’t mention nothing on what u it is but let them know the issue , take photos and vids of your dash when it hap an show them ..
