It's actually really believable that he's 46....
I literally said the same thing
Right he looks every bit of his 46 years. Maybe he can pass for 40 on a good day. Some people have too much money.
Maybe if he gained a couple pounds he may look a little younger. I think him being so skinny actually ages him more.
He looks like an avatar..

I've been following Bryan for quite sometime and he really seems like a great, genuine dude who is trying to enrich people's lives and actually make a difference in the health and wellness field. His entire protocol along with recipes and all the backing scientific data is on his website for free. Obviously he doesn't need the money, but it's rare you see someone so transparent with their entire diet and lifestyle and giving away the entire thing in a step by step guide for free.
He's trying to enrich HIS life. There's a difference
Go for it....

This is like an emperor's clothes story.
Who's gonna tell him he looks his age?
Hating on a a health pioneer is lame. I’m happy for him. He’s using himself as an experiment for us!
Oh so you're wealthy and don't have to work when you're in your 40s so you can pursue this extremely costly (and time consuming) progam?
Because for many of us, we can't afford to live longer, because we don't have the savings to live past 100 or even 90s (which is in one of my parents' genes). And not ot mention that you need a lot of time from your 30s or 40s. How many people are in the situation where they can afford to work only a small number of hours per week so they have time to do this whole regimen? And that's in wealthy developed nations like the U.S.
Even so, there are many areas of poverty in the U.S. How are they going to afford to work just part-time and save up for a looong retirement, living up to 90+ years of age? And they'd better have great health insurance. Can't get that by only working part-time from your 40s onwards.
@@SY-ok2dqThis man is promoting extreme health. Not a retirement plan…every brand new idea or product on this planet starts off for the rich and ends up becoming affordable for all. Think of Botox, used to be for the rich. Now just about anyone can get injections. Stop being a miserable bum. Also-I’m not a wealthy person, I just want to learn from others.
Right, care less he is not hurting anyone..
for us dude, nooo...hahaha u can't reverse aging. The fruit of life is the only thing that can save you.
Mad. Go do something with your life. Plenty of lower class people can become wealthy if they try.@@SY-ok2dq
For those that seem to have missed his goal (and they don't go into it in depth here), his primary goal isn't to 'look' young. He is conducting an experiment wherein he eats and exercises based strictly on what data says his body needs. His goal is to reverse biological age ie. the age of his cells (and the data shows that he has reversed his by several years). An obvious corollary would be appearance, but that is not his primary goal.
I wonder why so many are negative. Not only is what he's doing quite a sensible and potentially groundbreaking experiment, it is quite interesting to follow. Huge fan. Go Bryan!
Good cause the hair dye is a dead giveaway
There's test you can take based on your blood will tell your biological age.
If that's what his working on, he's doing too much.
Says who? The doctors who are on his payroll and could possibly be lying to keep earning a big salary?

"I am happy to exist"....good attitude
I'm 47 and still training Muay Thai like i did when i was 27, only I'm stronger now. I eat all kinds of Afrikan herbs and roots and a variety of animal protein. The last time I was sick and needed to be hospitalized was 32 years ago. You don't need to be a billionaire to do it, just train well and eat right. I do spinal cord, pelvic excercises and hip excercises, which I don't see others do in the gym,yet these are the foundation of our body.
I totally agree! The pelvic floor is especially super important for women. I lived a mostly sedentary life before I had two babies back-to-back and my bladder started to drop. Went to a physical therapist and was confirmed with a 2nd degree bladder prolapse at the age of 28. Usually, this is an issue for older women, but can happen to younger women too. Can't fully reverse it, but it led me to do something about it as the symptoms can feel really uncomfortable, and I want to avoid surgery by doing whatever I can. I changed my diet, am losing weight, and am overall getting much stronger. Not by doing HIIT workouts or weight training (since I can't do much of that anyway), but by low impact pelvic exercises and deep abdominal exercises, along with other things. Before anything else, these foundational exercises should be incorporated into people's routines regularly if they really want to be strong and healthy. It's been a life changing journey for me, honestly.

I applaud him for chasing his passion. However, if looking plastic is the way to live forever isn’t for me. His face is too tight and immobile, his hair appears dyed (badly) and it appears his entire day and night is consumed his supplements, workouts and testing. And why wouldn’t he be alive at 46? I say quality of life trumps quantity- yes, take care of yourself, eat right, exercise and move daily, maintain strong bonds with your spouse, children, etc, go to work and when you leave work your LEAVE WORK and do not take it home. Life is precious and how you live says more about your quality of that life than how long one lives.
For those out there without 2mi a year to spend, here are some tips: eat basically only natural foods (fruit, vegetable, grains, seeds, nuts, white meat - esp. fish); exercise close to one hour a day combining cardio and strength; sleep around 8 hours a night; manage your stress levels; have good relationships. Best you can do to have a better life. o/
Interesting dude. This is how people learn stuff. Yay to him for constantly learning and striving for a seemingly impossible goal. He might discover something that helps the rest of us.
I'm not far from his age and I look much younger than him. This is not to discredit his efforts, I applaud what he does, but I just want to point out that very simple things make you look younger:
I don't expose myself too much to sun, I'm an indoors person. Too much sun damages your skin.
I don't eat meat, and research shows low protein diet makes you live longer.
Coincidentally I eat a lot of beans (I'm mexican lol, though my skin is white).
I don't have children. I'm convinced all my peers with kids look far older than the ones who don't. Of course you shouldn't stop yourself from having kids just to look younger, but still.
I eat little sugar, sugar is just bad for your health overal.
I have never smoked, and I drink ocasionally, also zero drugs.
Not a fan of salads but I do eat them at least once a week.
I drink A LOT of lemonade with minimal sugar. Vitamin C is an antioxidant as far as I know, so I guess it helps.
he colored his hair and eyebrows, lasered and botoxed his face. are you kidding me?!
and he tried to look like his son! how creepy
How can Bryan have a healthy romantic relationship with his strict regime of vitamins, the same meal everyday and cut off eating at 11.30am everyday. He is so focused on longevity as opposed to living life to the fullest. Most of my family ( on both sides) live until their late nineties or early 100's. And one thing they all say as that they are ready when it is time. My aunts recently passed, one at 101 and the other at 98 and they both said this world is has changed so much and not for the better because there is so much discord in today's world. Keeping in mind, they lived through the great depression, segregation and the fight for equality just for starters. Bryan looks like a healthy 46 year old. I hope he is enjoying his life on his own terms. However, Freddie Mercury ( Queen) said it best "Who wants to live forever".
Dude looks like the robot Data from Star trek. No thanks, I’ll age gracefully
Why is this RUclips channel not being censored for talking about alternative health?
he does not eat steaks.
