Absolutely love the golfie. If you want a gentler way up to begin start at walkerburn and head up to Priesthope and round. Those views are magnificent.
The audio sounds much better on the 6, way less wind noise! Kinda bummed I only bought the 5 a few months ago! Nice video mate, which trails were these? Think I recognised flat white at the start?
McTrail Rider Thanks for the info bro! Its much appreciated. Done a few runs at inners DH on a Pro 4 but when watching it the camera didn’t do justice to rate I was coming down! Your set up looks true from a viewers perception!! Proper nailing it 🤪
McTrail Rider 😂😂😂 actually f🙈🙈kin howlin! Thanks for the honest tips matey, maybe I’ll see you on the hill 🤘🏼 I’ll be the guy passing you🧐😂 take it easy bro 😂
Hey dude, great riding. These are some of my local trails. I currently ride 26" wheels and looking to get new bike now. Would you prefer to ride these trails on a 29" (Orbea rallon) or 27.5"? (I'm thinking intense tracer or capra). Ta bra! :)
no thats cool. Thanks for the comments. :) Was it the new tracer you demoed? It does looks a bit squishy at start of stroke so yeah, might not be super playful..mmmm?? They've just gone direct sale though and the prices have come right down. £4200 gets a really solid build. Tough work this bike shopping hey!
McTrail Rider , nice. I’m just setting this bike up tubeless. It’s 2.3 Minion front and 2.3 SS Minion rear, although I’m swapping it for a 2.3 High Roller 2 rear when I get the rear tubeless. I would run a Minion dhf or dhr on rear if I never had to bike far with local trails. See how I get on. Have you ever run a shorty or Magic Mary?
McTrail Rider - aye the shorty looks a goody. I see you now have your cockpit blinged oot. What do you think of those brakes? What are they TRP or something? They are new to me since getting back into biking, just wondering what you think of them? I see folk say they are like an in between SRAM and shimano, they look like a Hope brand
Excellent . Heading up there on Saturday for a proper ride hopefully . Thanks for the quality vids . Any tips for finding the correct Forrest road ? Cheers
That was awesome mate. Absolutely flying!
He colour and the dynamic range look a lot better than the 5. Looks a lot smoother too, less noise on the video. Sound was spot on in this vid.

Super fun looking trail!
Sick ride pal, I'm heading to glentress next year going to try get here for a day! Keep em coming!
If you are competent enough to do SESs then don't bother going to glentress, just explore Goldie and inners, the riding is far better
Nice vid mate! Need to get back to the Golfie
You made that look too easy ,that 1st trails awesome, I’ve never did the other 1 , looks superb👍🏻
McTrail Rider I’ll need to get back down , it was the climb up I hated 😂

They’re a good sturdy pair of shorts them💪
Revisiting some of your old work, awesome as always, what's the second trail?
