No doubt that he belongs in jail but if he is incarcerated for violating the gag order, this would help trump in the election. It would help with his on-the- fence supporters. If he is sentenced to jail for the crimes he has committed, it would not help as much.

It's weak to repeatedly warn and not follow through. He's not supposed to give the former president of candidate special treatment, and it encourages Trump to violate the gag order to tell him the judge doesn't want to jail him. Violating the gag order puts the jury and witnesses in danger.

Is the judges weak and unfair
When a parent reprimands a child and offers a warning, the child might heed it or brush it off. Yet, if the parent repeats the warning seven or eight times, the child might conclude that there won't be any consequences and react accordingly-perhaps storming off to their bedroom, slamming the door, and blasting their stereo. How many warnings did this judge give? It seems to be a case of "all talk and no bite."

It's sad to see any scoundrel exposed and weak. In the case of this former President many grateful people are thinking, "Thank you" to Mr. Smith and others, who worked hard to bring DT's injustices to exposure, justice and conclusion.
