With you playing, you really told a story behind the title “If she asks” - so intimate, beautiful, helpless, sad while endearing.
When I listen people iterested in pieces of brazilian composers of this period I remember talks with colegues in my Conservatory. "This is too easy, simple, old fasion".. To play well in a guitar, with this deepness all kind of music is a difcult construcion, with a lot of choices and work, never its "too easy".I think you find the lirism of this piece, and came to me a lot of good memories,

Palmer really finds a way to contrast the melody line with the accompanied chords that is very good. Sorry if this is obvious. But it's hard to do when playing the piece!

Thanks for your performance! I have a transcription that repeats part a then to B with a D.C. tutto and ends with Harmonics on end of part A. ( your rendition is very nice, because of your playing and interpretation I think that I may be able to do a better job for sensitivity on this wonderful peace. it has Valsa Lenta by Dileramando Reis e Jair Amorim on the right upper part of first page. I think since 1972 I have collected all his works.
