// Who Am I? 🙋🏾
Hi! I’m Smiti. I've studied and traveled the world doing archaeology for the past 15+ years [yes, I have a Ph.D. in it :)]. While I still do research, I love sharing what we do beyond academic journal articles.
Okay, so if I listen carefully to what you're saying, it was Greeks who acquired this knowledge and Muslims who TRANSLATED their text. You seems to be trying hard to use weasel words to give credit for Greek inventions to muslims
You put words in her mouth. Egyptian math was continued by Greeks and then Muslims. Renaissance traders brought learning to Europe and algebra and alchemy were particularly popular. Especially trying to convert other metals into gold. Europeans had lost most of their libraries. Invaders from the 4th century were not interested in reading. There are many on whom learning is lost.
@@unatwomey7112 Egypt was white non-muslims
…and thats why all the biological names of conditions, diseases, anatomy, etc. are in Latin/Greek? …please.
