Masterpiece is an apt term. There are some little nitpicks, but overall, this is a great model, easily on par with Lego Creator Expert cars. My one nitpick is the driveshaft spinning is kind of pointless, and it makes the rear axle less detailed, but other than that, it's a great model. I wonder if Cobi would do other vehicles at this scale. I'd love to see a Kettenkrad, and some half tracks. Like the US M3 half track. The bigger scale would be great for that. If they did more modern vehicles, I'd love to see a Gama Goat, a Haggilunds, a Panhard EBR,or a Boxor IFV. Probably a bit less likely, but it would be cool to see an Oshkosh PLS at this scale, although that would be getting kind of big. I also wonder if they would do tanks. A 1/12 scale Sherman would be really cool, or one of the really old Renault FT18 tanks. I don't know how likely it is, but I think 1/12 scale would be great for tanks, allowing for more detail than the standard scales, but also being cheaper than the gigantic 1/8 scale. Maybe Cobi could do a different scale for tanks, like 1/16. That would be smaller than this, but still big enough to add more detail and features.
They have a ball rolling with Tigers, Kubelwagen and now Jeeps in 1:12, doesn't seem very likely they would just drop it. Especially with how much attention these sets are getting. It's disappointing that the next 1:12 vehicle will be Tiger 1 again, but if it brings money...
Servus und guten Abend @BrickMeet 😊... Wow...
Love building 1 12 models, as they are a great involved building experience, and display really nicely. Other than some the grill, hood, and windshield I like how this is completely brick built, and has some interesting, and technical building solutions. The spinning drivetrain is a really nice touch. This is very much in line with what Lego has done with their Creator Expert/Icons series of vehicles. Having just built the Land Rover Defender, I'm definitely adding this one to the lineup as it looks fantastic. Only improvement they could have made is a working suspension, but that too could have compromised the structural integrity at this scale. The land Rover just barely pulls it off.
Fact: The Willys Jeep are the ancestors of Philippine Jeepneys, right after the World War II, the Willys Jeeps left by the American troops were converted into a public mode of transportation, the back part was expanded, 2 metal hand railings were added to the roof & it became Jeepney (from the word Jeep & Jitney) the most popular & iconic popular public vehicle here in the Philippines since then. Sarao Motors (founded by the late Leonardo Sarao) was the one who pioneered the mass production of the Jeepneys in Philippines
Do you have any plans to showcase the new IS-3 or the Sainte-Mère-Église Church? Just curious. I bought the IS-3 limited edition (berlin victory parade) but it's missing a piece and will take 2 ish weeks to come in.

Here, have a dislike. I can't believe that people still do this. It has never been funny, clever, or special. It's always been annoying, and contributed nothing to the comments section. Dishonor on you, and dishonor on your cow.
Having such a big, singular moulds in 1:12 doesn't feel right. Windshield would probably be too hard to do with bricks, but hood and grill? Of course it would sacrifice some stability when opening and closing, but it's a display set, so why care. Apart from this, a great model with a lot of details
Your commentary is getting better, keep up the good work.!
Schönes Video, Heiko! 💯
OFFICIAL COBI!!!! i luv ur sets i wanna get so much

Ironic, I get an official Lego ad before this vid started
It's not ironic. It's just the algorithm being a tryhard.
Nothing better than a big ol Willie 😍

Gefällt mir besser als der Kübelwagen.Die Angusspunkte stören , bei Cobis Preissteigerung sollten sie da auch Verbesserung bringen.

Schönen Sonntag 🌧️😉
So cool
Genial,, gracias por el video
Have a nice day everyone
beautiful, but I admit that I prefer fewer dedicated pieces, even if the result is more "bricky" I prefer a windshield and a grill built with pieces
Willys Jeep ❤
Interesting how controls are green but good model overall though 1 thing I’d add is different guns: M1919, M2 and recoiless rifle
I hope you make more video about tanks😊
Génial ❤❤❤❤❤❤

I'LL do the IS-3, but I think I will skip the church for other military vehicles. It's not possible to build all
