Use the silicone tray holders! I also make mine in the airfryer. They come out so fluffy and also the silicone container helps them come out smoothly because they don't stick. Good luck on this new journey mama! I'm also 5 months pp and feeling the same way and have started making changes too!
For the egg cups, add cottage cheese! Sounds weird, but that’s what Starbucks has in theirs and it gives it that yummy texture. Just blend it in with your eggs so it’s not lumpy. I make my own with the silicone trays. Another tip is put a tray of water underneath when cooking them! Gives a similar affect to the sousvide style that they cook theirs!

For the egg cups add 2 tsp of water or milk to make them fluffier and hold a better shape and fill them all the way up to the top you filled them like 3/4 & use a cupcake pan .
In regards to the egg cups (I'm not an expert) but maybe try whisking the eggs more so that they are beaten and become airy...that way when they cook they become nice and fluffy and full. You can also make a water bath and place to the plan in an inch of water and then throw them in the oven so they cook like a cheesecake.

You should add cottage cheese to your eggs & blend them together. It’s high in protein which is a plus and it also gives the egg bites a softer texture kinda like the Starbucks one. They have lactose free cottage cheese as well (I‘ve tried the Lactaid brand ones but Good Culture seems to have good reviews too)
For the egg cups don’t cook them all the way so they don’t taste rubbery. It should be kinda wet on the top still. Also a really good combo is feta cheese, sun dried tomato, and spinach

i loved watching this video, i am almost 8 weeks postpartum and will be starting my fitness journey as well and i can completely relate. i have not been feeling myself or comfortable in my own skin what so ever. we got this 💪 a little tip for the egg cups! i make them for my 3 year old all the time and they come out pretty well shaped! i would spray the pan with a non stick spray like coconut oil and then this sounds odd but add a little water to your egg mixture! it helps with the shape but i also like the texture so much more and think they taste better too! much love!!!!❤
Honestly girl for the pills ashwaganda I wouldn’t take it continuously just because your body is going to rely on it. My aunt necessarily needs to take that every time she’s going to wake up. She feels like she needs that pill every day if not hurt day goes downhill.
i’ve also heard this. i heard it’s good to take it every couple days because you can definitely end up relying on it! and some people say it makes their emotions start to feel numb because of how much they have taken it.

My two and three year old LOVES egg cups. Even my husband and I love them. There's so many different things to do with them and sooo easy! We love adding Spinach and tomato as well. I add a little milk to my eggs as well when I mixed them up!
I've never worked out in school 15 + yrs ago I was 440lbs as a young adult I did lose weight and got down to about 180lbs now I'm around 200lbs but I got my kangaroo pouch and hate my body I wish I could find a way to work out because it would help my anxiety and depression because it's been tough since losing my husband two years ago I kind of given up on everything being financially in a crazy situation to where I can barely put food on the table and I'm paying just the bills and no extra for anything else has put so much on my mental health and I just want so bad to get out of this dark spot you and a lot of the good creators on here truly inspire me and help me stay out of the dark space in my mental health but I want that drive again and I know my husband would want me to be healthy and happy and strong and feel beautiful and I just don't anymore I wear the same clothes I have three outfits that I've had for the last ten years and that's what I wear and I know there's beautiful badbitch underneath and I want to find her so bad

Hey love! Adore the vlog 💕 Praying we all have fulfilling fitness journey’s! Regarding the egg cups (never made them personally)… add a little splash of milk to the whisked yolk! It naturally adds a lot of fluffiness to the egg. It’s a little tip I learned watching Gordon Ramsey 😅. Also try basting your pan with unsalted butter or any butter.. instead of a spray oil. I hope that does the trick. ❤

Naz, you just motivated me to get my quick workout in today after i put the chicken in the oven. I missed yesterday workout out of pure laziness but then I had to ask myself how bad do you want this? I cut a lot processed food from my child's diet. Every since she was 1, I told myself to cook more but I still struggle with Mc Donalds and if we're out the house, picking healthier meal options. I just found out about the red dye's during her recent birthday, I realize the parents were avoiding taking doritoes until one parent told me and I said wow, thanks for telling me. I've also cut the sugary juices which was hard for me also cause I grew up drinking juice with every meal lol, but now we just drink water or lemon water.
Egg advice: I did the same thing and same results. It’s best to crack the egg directly into each muffin spot. Spray. Crack the egg. Sprinkle the toppings. Cook for 20 minutes on 350!

Almost 7 months pp here!! Working out has become my favorite me time activity away from baby. Also just purchased a walking pad so I can walk while pumping to get more steps in! Any movement is better than none. We got this mamas 🤍🫶🏻

For the eggs cups put the ingredients in the pan first then pour the egg on top. That way they’re not too too heavy and soggy!! Egg cups are my fav😊

you should do a baby haul where you show what you shower the babies with /use and when you change them as well ( the products ) like for rashes etc 😌💕

Put a pan of only water on the rack under the egg cups while they bake !

Lil flour & Cornstarch around edge of cupcake pan..spray olive oil then cornstarch
