Smoked BBQ Shotgun Shells

I love trying new recipes and this time I am smoking Stuffed Shotgun Shells. Watch me make a mess preparing my ingredients for stuffing manicotti shells with a delicious meat mixture of sweet Italian sausage, lean ground chuck and then wrapping them in bacon before putting them on the smoker to cook perfectly. This was a great cooking experience all chefs should attempt and enjoy a delicious recipe like this. We'll worth the work.
