in terms of matching cores, paragon pearl will be a closer to a 1:1 comp on total diff and int diff. a little closer on RG than these two as well.
This is true but the Solid Coverstock on the Clone is what drove the comparison. Both balls with surface may not be bad options.

The brutal looks like it was deflecting when it hit the pins and the Clone really drove through the pins and it gave you more miss room.
I got an idea for the brand vs brand series. Civil War balls in the Brunswick family like hammer vs ebonite or the Storm family like Roto Grip vs 900 global
There definitely room for that. Guys like Packy have started doing series like that as well.
