Really nice trail rig Andy . FMS /Rock hobby has really been hitting it out of the park utilizing those Mashigan chassis on this and that YJ Jeep they also have out right right now! It’s an absolute gorgeous truck. I’m impressed with its turning radius. I’ll bet we’ll be seeing more of these to come due to a positive customer response. Great video my friend and enjoy that rig. Trailing and overlanding is extreme fun!👊🏼😝✌🏻😂
I’m really happy with mine, although I use it mainly as a trail truck , I think with a better esc like a hobbywing 1080 it will be much improved , better tyres as well. Cheers :)

I just ordered the yellow one. I have had the 24th scale version for about 1 year. I have 5 FMS rigs including the 1/6 scale mb scaler ,and they are very good. Did the front tires rub the fenders very much when flexing?

@@andyrobinsonrc2480 I just received the Venom 30C 2S 5000mAh 7.4V Hard Case LiPo Battery for mine and it is the only pack I found that fits. Seems any battery over 30c rating is thicker and most everything besides the Venom are 25mm and mine has just under 24mm for the battery to fit in.
Got mine prolly 2 months ago, did a leaf spring conversion on it using their parts, and still built a leaf sprung truck for less than $400... Take notes, Rc4wd!!!
This shares the same chassis as the Mashigan, Willy and Jimny. The Mashigan is rereleased as a "Jurassic Park" style mod on the fair rc site.. Only minor differences. Throw some grease in the axles and swap a 1080 with 3s battery. Its a great trail rig. I've got a 1/6 willy and only broke one thing which was the front axle. I drove it full speed into a curb on 3s when the trigger got jammed in my jacket. Easy enough to replace the parts and they are cheap but sturdy. There are a few upgrade parts at the moment. I hope it'll come with upgrades with brass c hubs or knuckles, diff covers etc.
Oufff.. i mean, it's cheap ! But it needs new electronics all around, new controller, new tires and wheels, ect, ect.. and that will be a bit expensive. i think i'd still go with a 1/10 kit, thanks for sharing !

FMS makes great stuff. What’s weird is dodge sued them for making the mashigan jeep but they have no issues of them using the power wagon

I think the front tyres rubbed a little but not much if i remember correctly
I just got the blue one but surprised on the battery size of it being 23.5mm wide it does not fit a standard lip pack which is 25mm. Nice video

A good point but for someone starting out it’s a pretty good deal I think. But yes it could do with better electronics at the very least an Esc.

I think they made an agreement with Jeep so they can continue to make the Mashigans again.
