When video first started my eyes were drawn to the new sink - faucet - counter (everything! So many wonderful and transformative videos we have enjoyed!) Loved seeing you both, watching you prepare and enjoy a comfort meal and see some of Elizabeth's prized pottery! (I love the polish pottery too!). 👍 🤗 ❤️
Elizabeth, there’s nothing wrong with double-dipping when you’re the only ones eating it. I do that too for my husband and myself. I would imagine that you can make syrup with all of the fruits that Thrive Life makes. Just imagine some strawberry syrup. Yum!
What a great idea for blueberry syrup! I have been trying to cut out sugar also. I started intermittent fasting after learning how much it can help *older* women! LOL It took some getting used to, but 20 hours of fasting and eating only between 3-7 pm has given me a noticeably reduced amount of inflammation (which causes pain, among other symptoms). So get rid of sugar and fast. It will reset your blood sugar and hormones. There is a lot about it online. I hope this helps someone!
I agree. Life changed for me when I gave up sugar and white flour. Our society has programmed us to eat junk and its taken a lifetime for me to accept that I’m a sugar addict and cannot indulge in any whatsoever. I no longer miss it and love my life and my weight that I had in High School. In one year I went from 181 to 131. I have a 5’4” frame
Elizabeth I put together Thrive Life’s blueberry, blackberries, red raspberry and strawberry 🍓 together and made jam with no sugar. Yummy 😋 I had part cans of all the fruit and just placed it in heavy pot with enough water to refresh the fruit. Then added 1 extra cup of water. Once boiling I added my Amish jam mix about 2 teaspoons. All those left over fruits made a delightful jam.
This is amazing I was on Facebook yesterday talking to my friend and she said y'all ain't never had no waffles and gravy like this. And I said thank you for the idea I've been making homemade biscuits and because I don't have an oven I triple my cast iron pans on the stove and create one. Well I do have a waffle maker and I said I can make waffles but guess what I had no waffle mix. Wow wee Elizabeth thank you so much for making this not only do I use the freeze-dried products myself but now I know how to make waffle mix.. this is going to be great while I'm on the road since I'm not going to have a refrigerator. How much more perfect could this have been for me. Who would of ever thought you'd be making homemade waffles and using freeze dried ingredients! And I have all these ingredients. I simply loved this video it was so filled with heaven watching the two of you sitting down eating such a wonderful meal together I just felt the angelic Glory watching this video. Till next time God bless.
Yeah, we didn’t mention it, but we should have. Using all dried or Thrive ingredients, you can make your own pancake/waffle mix for the road. Just add oil and water! 😀
Thank you for this video Elizabeth. I learned something new. And I always enjoy listening to your voice. It’s very soothing. I enjoy your Tea with Jesus videos as well. God bless you and Bill.
Thanks for sharing Elizabeth...Brings back some great memories. My mother would make breakfast for dinner once a month when we were growing up. Brings back some great memories !
Thank you Elizabeth, blueberry syrup with those waffles looks wonderful. So glad to learn about monk fruit sweetener. I have tried stevia but I also do not enjoy it at all.
Bill and Elizabeth, I am watching this while drinking my morning ☕️. I have not eaten breakfast yet and this looks so good! Hope all is going well with your investment home. Playing catch up with your videos. Take care and God bless!
I don’t use sugar either but I’ve found that monkfruit tastes too sweet to me. I use Splenda for tea and coffee and Swerve for baking. Swerve is a natural sweetener too. It comes in a confectioner’s sweetener and a granualated form. The only thing I would suggest with the granualated form is that you put it in a grinder and make it finer. I’ve found that it can have a crunchy taste after it cools but that is eliminated if you grind it a bit before mixing it in your recipe. It does not have an aftertaste. It tastes like sugar and the measurements are one for one just like sugar. And sometimes I will use Splenda when I bake.
I bet that thrive life blue berry syrup would be amazing over vanilla ice cream!!! Or even, strawberry or peach syrup. YUM. Thanks for another video Bill and Elizabeth. God bless you all.
That looked so yummy! Love the new look kitchen and pretty tablecloth plates etc. I can see you take joy in appreciating everything in your house the same as you do with flowers outside - I am the same. A cup or a bloom or a smell can make me smile. I get so sad that where I live we have to pay 18 times more to the dollar plus shipping to another continent so no such for us but still there are many other blessings in life.
Good Morning Bill & Elizabeth,I know I need to get Thrive Life. The blueberries looked wonderful Elizabeth.I just love fruit & I will be ordering soon.Thank you for sharing this recipe.Have a wonderful week.🌷💕🌷
You have inspired me, Elizabeth! I just made crepes filled with Thrive Life chicken, spinach and broccoli with blueberry-cranberry sauce ( from my freezer) Oh yum!
If that doesn't look delicious, I don't know what does! I've tried some gluten free bread and it tastes so nasty, and crumbles apart easily, so I will believe you when you say their gluten free products are really great. Thanks for getting us all salivating!
Ohhhhh I swear you DO have smellervision there because I feel I can smell that scrumptious combination of flavors all cooked and sitting on the plate, waiting for the eating to commence....supper tonight is going to be breakfast!!! ((The only thing Thrive eggs can't give you is the delight of getting a double-yolk egg. :-D My sis and I still marvel at the random dozen of eggs from the store were each of them had a double yolk!!! But who knows? Maybe some are, and you just can't tell!!! :-D )) That blueberry syrup....can't wait to try that on a variety of things, including ice cream or yoghurt. God bless you both for sharing all these wonderful recipes with us!!!
Oh how nice you let us join in on your Breakfast/Supper! Surely looks very delicious. Elizabeth, I love your Polish Stoneware, I have like 5 pieces but they’re very expensive, I wish I could’ve gotten more at the time cuz now prices are crazy. Have a great day! 🤗🦋
Oh that breakfast looks wonderful. I’ve tried so many times to eat eggs that are fried crispy/lacy, but I just can’t. I prefer the whites to be soft, and done, with no lace!! But, your whole meal looks fabulous!! That syrup looks so good. I am a Type 2 diabetic, and use Monk Fruit to sweeten. It’s great. Love ya both!! ♥️🙏🏼♥️
Tasty breakfast, looks great! Does the gluten free flour do well with battered foods? What do you add when making a cake or pastries to make it rise? Would you be so kind to give a heads up when it is back in stock? 🥴 Thank you!
The flour batters well. I use the same rising agents that I normally would. The main difference without gluten is in yeast breads, etc, which are kneaded to develop the gluten and then left to raise. That really light, airy texture is not very possible without gluten.
@@LiveSimpleLiveFree Thank you, Elizabeth, for taking the time to answer my question. I'm not well versed in pastry and was taken by how delicious the waffles looked (for gluten free)! If you and your husband say there isn't a noticeable difference in flavor, then I believe you. I am loving my THRIVE Life! Thanks for the recipes. 🥰
Comment to those who can receive it ( sent in 💘 love). I had a major scare about 1 year ago with my health. I had some sort of reaction ( to this day were not sure to what) . I have so .ca cut my carbs wayy back along with givi g up soda and most snacks and have lost 25 lbs. We don't even buy bread anymore . My husband also lost 25 lbs and looks so much better. I pray this helps someone because we were shocked how just taking carbs 90 percent out of our diet changed our weight so dramatically. Love from. Tn
This looks delicious! Great job! Where did you purchase your waffle iron? Love watching your videos. Thank you for all your hard work just for us. Love your outfit Elizabeth. ❤️😊
I use erythritol monk fruit combo and sometimes it upsets my tummy. If it ever does that to you, you should try allulose. I found some at Walmart and it’s known for not causing digestive issues and doesn’t have any after taste either
I've learned that I can turn the heat off and do a lot of cooking with the heat that's still in my electric stove burner and the pan. Especially if it's my cast iron skillet.
Looks good. Thrive fruit is good. I have to use gluten-free flower, but I use Red Mill or King Arthur. I also have to use dairy-free. I am going to try monk fruit. I like your glass butter dish. Been trying to find one.
Monk fruit is the best sugar alternative! It’s safer for those in need of sugar free because of health issues like diabetes! I enjoy monk fruit, even tho expensive.
Those dishes are Polish Pottery. They are all individually painted. You can probably check on-line. I’ve slowly collected over the years. They are expensive.
I love a good waffle, but prefer the local fresh soft fruits available now to put on top. Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries. Does the gluten free flower make light fluffy waffles and pancakes? I have never tried it.
I love making my own homemade blueberry and strawberry syrups. I use paleo flour to make my pancakes. I'm not 100% into it. Maybe I should get some of the Thrive flour you use since I am diabetic and shouldn't use regular flour.
I use Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener. It is monk fruit and erythritol. Be careful at first because sugar alcohols like erythritol can be somewhat laxative. We don’t use large amounts per serving and have not had problems with it.
Yay 👏👏👏👏 So happy to see a cooking video😊 I’m also glad to hear your thoughts on the monk fruit sweetener. I thought about trying some, but was afraid I wouldn’t like it either and it’s a little pricey! I also feel the same way you do, Bill, about the Stevia. It’s horrible and I won’t use it at all👎🏻 Thanks for sharing😊 God Bless🙏
Dear Elizabeth, Your little floral water pitcher is really cute. :) Thank you for sharing your recipes. Next time you whiz up your dried things, yes, it leaves a little powder in the machine, and it’s not a whole lot, true. Maybe think about rinsing the blades and cup with a little water (or milk, depending on the recipe), and putting that into the recipe being made. Good to the last dustlet. ;) (Yes, I just made that word up). :) I enjoy seeing your Polish pottery. Their pieces are so pretty. I have a couple of my own pieces I was able to acquire years ago from Boleslewick, Poland (I probably didn’t spell that correctly. Autocorrect decided that was correct). Thank you both, Bill and Elizabeth, for sharing bits of your lives with us out here in RUclips Land. ;) It’s always nice tuning in on encouraging, Christ-centered videos. :) Kirsten
That’s a great idea about getting every last little “dustlet.” I have very slowly collected the Polish Pottery through the years. They are so beautiful. The pitcher is Pioneer Woman. Her dishes really perk up my kitchen!
As we mentioned in this video, it is gluten free flour from Thrive Life. I talk more about how to get it in the video at 25:35. And here is our Thrive Life website. www.thrivelife.com/bkeller

Looks like a healthy but delicious way to make pancakes. I love blueberries and had no idea that you could add blueberry sauce on pancakes. Great.
Thank you Elizabeth and Bill!
Btw, that is a beautiful bowl that you’re mixing your waffles in.
I love the set. I appreciate Pioneer Woman! (Very reasonable cost at Wal-mart!)
Looks delicious! Easy too. 7am here and now I want a big breakfast (lol). Great job Elizabeth. Bill too. Enjoyed.

Great idea with the blueberry powder.
I agree with you Bill. The stevia has an aftertaste. The monk fruit is the closest thing to sugar that I have found.
Thank you Elizabeth, blueberry syrup with those waffles looks wonderful. So glad to learn about monk fruit sweetener. I have tried stevia but I also do not enjoy it at all.
New sink, faucet, dishwasher and fridge? Totally awesome!
A whole new kitchen, still in progress. 😀
That looks delicious Elizabeth!!! I just love your dishes too!!!❤️😊
😊 Pioneer Woman (very affordable) and Polish Pottery (which I saved for a six months to a year for each piece!)
God afternoon to you family! Breakfast for dinner and waffles to boot. Yum-yum! Blessings and 💕 everyone 😃😻
Ok! Y’all have made me hungry!!!! Love both of you!
Trivia also makes brown sugar for baking and powered sugar for like icings.
Blessings to you and your family 💖

Boy that supper looks good l wish l was eating with you. Love you both.
What's the brand of the waffle maker please?
It is an Oster that we bought at Wal-Mart.
The only one use is trivia, others have a after taste.

Yes, it is flour. I only ate one.
