The sound of the rain on the roof reminds me of being in a caravan on holiday as a child being thankful for the warmth of the caravan. It was to me then very exciting. What memories.
I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the sound of that rain on the roof of your house !!! What a comforting sound. I also love the sound of rolling thunder... Awe, so relaxing....
I am a new subscriber and I think I have watched this video at least four times.......With Elizabeth's sweet voice, the rain coming down and you safe and sound inside and making a wonderful meal is just comfort at it's best!
What a beautiful meal in such a warm comfortable home! Love the rain, and in the beginning the kitty was on the bed watching you cook, such a sweet scene! Oh dear Elizabeth, your sweet voice and smile just radiates the love of Bill, others and your Lord! Thank you for sharing with us, you will never know how much comfort you and Bill give me! God Bless, you are both in my prayers! Sylvia.💕

Elizabeth, you seem like such a sweet person, and I'm so glad you decided to share your positive attitude and kind heart with us. :) I so enjoy your cooking videos. Keep them coming! God bless you!
I think people would be interested. Put it to a you tube vote. The tiny house was my first interest in your channel. Once I watched your videos and saw the back ground story of how you weathered such circumstances and still have such positive attitudes and obviously are still so much in love , intrigued me. Your perseverance is encouraging. Your reference about the German clock & Polish plates hints of interesting travels. I sense you have many rich stories to share mixed in with your tiny house adventures.
+david moody Wow. Thanks for such kind and encouraging words. I guess we have had a few adventures and world travels in our 38 years together. it would take some thought, but we will have to consider doing something like this.
Really enjoy your videos . I always look forward to your next one. The tiny house has come so far since the beginning, you must be proud. You are such an interesting couple , just an idea for future videos ; how you met and your adventure together. So glad Elizabeth that you have recovered so well from your stroke and how well you as as couple have weathered life's economic storms. Wishing you all the best.
+david moody That's interesting. You really think people would be interested in how we met and in our lifetime adventures together? Those things have nothing to do with our tiny house.
+Tinyhouse Prepper (Live simple. Live free) I would be interested, I love watching you both. you're so cute and have so much love for each other and life.

This looks pretty interesting. I’m a Chef and what a time saver this would be for me, by the way the rain falling on your roof is so soothing. I’ll definitely check out your Thrive page.
just purchased a new order from thrive. first order easy a try out. this ts to try other sauces and veggies and beef want to make chili. Elizabeth you are a gal after my own heart. I never measure in cooking. I do need to get the feeling of how to use freeze dried food. but will continue to ook from the heart. you are special lovely couple. we are not into prepping but I enjoy your resiliency and making the best of life. thank you.
Well that meal looked amazing! I'd never heard of Thrive foods until I started watching your videos. I'm very intrigued and impressed. Thank y'all for sharing.
Diane Milligan consultant? you mean reseller. I'm skeptical about people promoting stuff then put an affiliated link to said products. that said you guys make these videos for free so you are entitled to make a little commission for the effort. I'll order a tin or two in the near future, wish they have free samples though.
Supercooled - You're "skeptical about people promoting stuff then put an affiliated link to said products" ? I'm not sure why that's a problem. Thrive is our BUSINESS. It's how we earn a living. And our You Tube channel is one of the many ways that we promote our business. We are not hiding anything. Here's a great product that we offer, and here's how you can buy it.
+supercooled I am not a legal expert, but I do know that Thrive Life consultants are not considered "resellers" of the company products. We do not carry inventory in our homes other than for personal use. Our retail customer base buys directly from the manufacturer - not from us; but we do have personal one-time retail customers that order, and then we get commission on them. The company sets the prices, consultants do not, which also means consultants are not "authorized dealers." We are independent business owners who share information about the company, its products, and we offer those who are interested a way of earning free and half-off on the products through home parties (remember Tupperware?) as well as a way to supplement their existing income by building their own consultant business. Think of it as "word-of-mouth" advertising.
+Tinyhouse Prepper ... the one reason why so many people are skeptical is because they are convinced that companies like Thrive Life are nothing but pyramid schemes which are illegal. They don't understand business law that well anymore than I do, but at least I try to educate myself so that I know exactly what I am getting myself into when it comes to Thrive Life.
Thank you Elizabeth for another wonderful cooking lesson using Thrive products. Keep the cooking videos coming! I will be ordering some Thrive products soon! God bless you and Bill
Thanks for putting a link.. two years ago I would not have considered buying though I don't mind using dried foods. Just was not a need till now. With weather and crop failures happening it's good to know that food will be there for me. These are excellent for camping too, just don't get to do it as much as I love camping but lost my camping partner. Thanks for the demonstrations.
I put my first order in on Sunday and excited to build my pantry! This recipe looks so delicious Elizabeth! I'm watching your cooking videos and OMG I want to try them all!
I have recently watched some of your older videos and I love them probably cuz I love you guys had to work through the same thing my husband ex-husband did we lost our restaurant home I like to tease and say we lost the cats the kids the dogs and each other but that's not true it makes a person tough and strong and you learn how to do without which is good thank you for these videos. I will be trying to get some thrive
I love your cooking shows! Thanks so much for taking time to put these together and post. I would love to see one on your mac and cheese, you made it sound so yummy!!
Just placed my first Thrive order through your store. Can't wait to try the products. Would be interested in seeing Elizabeth cook a chicken alfredo over pasta with Thrive chicken and sauces.
Somebody in one of the videos said you look like the Lady from the movie " Misery" Lol. That Lady you look like is Kathy Bates and I love her in my favorite movie Ever.... " Fried Green Tomatoes". I love yalls videos and especially this Thrive . Very interesting. I just heard about it tonight for the first time from Yall.
Made this tonight and it was so delicious and juicy!!! My soup didn’t thicken as much as yours, but I’ll know to add more bechemel next time. Thank you!!!
+Tinyhouse Prepper (Live simple. Live free) I checked out the site to see what other gluten free items they have but they only listed fruits, veg, beans, béchamel and a chicken sauce. Did I look in the right place or are there more? Thanks so much.
+yupyup1562 They have many things that are gluten free, but not yet CERTIFIED gluten free. Apparently, the certification process is costly and takes a long time. But they're working on that. Basically, if you don't expect a food to have gluten, it doesn't. The problem with grocery store food is that they ADD gluten to things that you wouldn't expect them to. Every Thrive product has the ingredients listed at the bottom of each product page so you can check to see if it has gluten in it. Just click the tab that says "About this Product." Elizabeth can use just about everything they make, except the things that obviously have gluten in them, like flour. But they also have a really good GF flour that we use all the time.
Thrive has TRIPLED production, trying to catch up! As soon as they restock something, it sells out again very quickly. But hopefully, within the next several weeks they will start to be able to catch up.
Mmm Mmm. Just catching up with your videos. Working extra hrs to stock my pantry with some Thrive products. I do my own mixes, but I think I'll like those better!!
hello Elizabeth this is my first post to you. I enjoy you both for different reasons. you have a lovely voice. I used some tomato powder, potatoes, onions, carrots and my spices and organic chicken broth for liquid but will watch as it cooks.
Tinyhouse Prepper Elizabeth my stew with thrive veggies and 2 level tab of tomato powder was delicious. I noticed that the freeze dried food's flavor pops and is well preserved in the thrive food. impressed and helps save time and work. will keep trying different dinners with thrive.
