We were worried about it, I walked the runway, a lot of standing water, but there was basically no mud, the runway seems to have a decent gravel base to it. If it was any worse i would have just shuttled them in from the nearby paved airport.
Thanks, yes put that spot on your list!! so cool!!! Yes I would love to link up with yall for a trip, lets make it happen! This is the place we were headed when you all were flying east, otherwise i would have flown over and said hey.
Yes, I hear ya, it’s a balance between making it entertaining (I think) and making it just have the straight footage & document an arrival and landing that we pilots sometimes want. Landing 17 is much preferred here (for the slope) & had I known the winds were blocked so much by the trees I would have landed that direction.
we always had a slight fear of flying but a fascination! thanks for using our tune, beautiful scenery
That's a brave landing with those conditions on tricycle gear.

Another great video Kevin! Awesome Man! As you left your Air park, there is a peak on your left. Do you know if it has a name? Thanks man!
It’s Fairview Mountain and Gillian’s Knob in Maryland close to where Whitetail Ski Resort is,
Thanks for not editing the landing.
