Zyzz was the original Gigachad, instead of hating others for being jacked and attracting others, he went out and changed himself. He didn't let his thoughts take over and stay sad, he became a symbol. He will be for ever remembered and remain a legend until the heat death of the universe

@@Miksuuzz he never said he got it naturally and never promoted steroids as far as I can tell. And I'm pretty sure you can get a similar body if you work hard enough. 11:23 - when supplementing with exogenous hormones you’re actively adding matter to your blood. For example with testosterone the average guy will range anywhere between 400-1100 ng/dl of testosterone in their blood. Once you supplement testosterone boosting your total t to upwards of 2500ng/dl inevitably your blood pressure will spike causing you to be more prone to heart attacks. Furthermore, if you’re an individual weighing in 220-250-270+ lbs it is a lot harder to move around which can also be detrimental to cardio vascular health

Now like i said before, its up to people to decide if they hop on or not ,but if some of yall are thinking of doing it ,get regular blood checks, and know the risks.Overall ,Enhanced or not ,we will all make it brahs! so live to the fullest .

I just want to point out that it's still quite rare to achieve that type of physique and musculature *even with steroids.* It still requires a lot of time, effort, discipline, and attention to detail. Steroids don't automatically turn bodies into 1970s Arnold Schwarzenegger, 1980s Hulk Hogan, or the "Aesthetic God" Zyzz.
You'd be surprised how many average, everyday guys who go their local gym are using steroids, but you'd never know it because they primarily just look above average, but not exceptional or elite. Those guys make the mistake of believing they can half-ass their workouts and not follow a strict diet because they assume the steroids will take care of all of that for them. It won't. It doesn't work that way. It's still contingent upon you- the bodybuilder -to increase the difficulty of your training, stick to your diet, get a lot of sleep each night. Muscle mass is made in your sleep. The repairs your body has to make to your strained muscles is what actually makes you larger.
Again, just be cognizant of the fact that steroids require immense discipline and motivation. People are mistaken on what the unfair advantage steroids actually provides is. Let's use auto racing as the analogy:
Steroids aren't a supped-up engine that's going to automatically carry you to victory on it's own. It's the rocket fuel that's burning differently to propel your car forward faster.

7:31 it depends on how fast someone wants to get the physique they want, but 'roids are not required to get where you want to, even though it will take a longer time. Although genetics definitely play a role, it's really just up to the person being consistent and taking in the proper macros to help recover/heal the micro-torn muscles in order to build the muscle
I want to say the form of the exercise might also need taking into consideration, isolating the muscle instead of using multiple
for example: bicep curling will target both the forearm and bicep, sometimes trapezius muscles, so in order to better target it, one will need to isolate the muscle by finding a position that is both safe and allows the bicep curl (which in my experience is slightly having the elbows forward instead of directly at the sides, but it's different for everyone).

Well that depends on the physique you want, steroids will get you past your "natural limit" having the testosterone levels of 10 men and using many more compounds, growth hormone etc will get you past whats achievable naturally, also steroids have certain cosmetic effects to your physique which you can't really get naturally.

It's worth mentioning, PEDs weren't the only drug zyzz did. Dude partied, A LOT, and with that comes a whole lot of different drugs, which likely highly contributed to his death.

7:26 The only problem with a guy on steroids giving fitness advice is if the person hearing it thinks that they are natural and expect the same results in the same time frame. Steroids allow you to workout harder and longer while also recovering faster and increasing your muscle growth potential (this is specific to bodybuilding training of course). There is also this misconception that everyone that takes steroids looks like they take steroids. Most people who take them have average bodies because they don't put in the necessary amount of work into it.
Steroids play a huge role in all of sports and I believe that most pro athletes take some kind of steroid, whether it is to recover from an injury, prolong their career or increase performance. The thing is that most pro sports have really basic drug testing protocols that can be easily passed with correct planning. A good example of this is when the UFC started their USADA testing protocol which is actually strict and they can show up to test you any time any day. This was back in 2014 and you could see how some fighters performances decreased dramatically even though they where never caught doing anything.

Zyzz is always in our hearts. He’s in my soul. In my spirit. Zyzz and I mire each other together every night in my dreams. Zyzz is why I decided to become a swoldier. I realized what Zyzz lacked was accountability. Not me. I’m holding myself accountable for what this world owes me. I am one with God. I am God’s swoldier. Nary a thing can pull me from the glory of breaking past 6% body fat. My objective is negative body fat percentage. That’s right. I’m going to break reality with simple mathematics. Why would I not marry a girl when I can’t marry myself? RIP Zyzz tho💜💯
