Cultivating Accountability Practices

In this lesson, participants will become understand what it means to develop and practice accountability practices in the workplace, key to advancing EDI efforts. Participants will look at how to take accountability and repair trust and they will also take a deeper dive into the Cultivating Safe Spaces framework (developed by Elaine Alec) which supports safety and belonging in the workplace.
