I made this yesterday and it got chilled today, everyone liked it at my home. I added a one tablespoon cornflour when milk became thick, which gave it a good texture just like market kulfi.😍
Exactly when do we add cornflour ? Before adding sugar or at last ?

मेम आपके कहे अनुसार कुल्फी तैयार की, बस एक चीज उसमें मैंने अलग से डाल दी वह था 100 ग्राम मावा। कुल्फी को दानेदार बनाने के लिए। मावे के कारण मैंने दूध को भी 1/3 की जगह 1/2 तक ही गाढ़ा किया। बहुत ही स्वादिष्ट कुल्फी बनी। बच्चे बहुत खुश हुए... शानदार रेसिपी के लिए आपका बहुत-बहुत शुक्रिया.

Mam, I live abroad and I generally only get processed milk in the supermarket which does not accumulate any cream on the top of the milk. Please tell me an alternative. I want to make kulfi and shrikhand too. Thank you in advance.
You can use condensed milk if available as well as mawa
