    Why above 174 for 20 minutes? What effect does that have? My sauna doesn't even reach that temp! That's insane

      Heat shock proteins. RUclips the lady. Also, I’ve never heard 174 but she does say 20 mins

      Excuse me?? Haha. You've never been in a sauna then 😂
      200f to 220f (90c to 110c) for 10 to 15 minutes, then you run out, and jump into the snow in -4f or -20c. That's how saunas are done.
      What do you mean yours doesn't reach 174? Thats genuinely not even a sauna.

      @@Ndkksooejn fair, its a far infrared sauna technically not like this. It's 150 for 45 minutes to an 1 hour. I follow that with a cold plunge at 30°f. Maybe that's the major difference here.... Just a type of sauna session. Either way, it is incredibly accessible for me to just have it in my home and has done wonders for my health over the last 4 years since we've had it.
