Excuse me?? Haha. You've never been in a sauna then 😂 200f to 220f (90c to 110c) for 10 to 15 minutes, then you run out, and jump into the snow in -4f or -20c. That's how saunas are done. What do you mean yours doesn't reach 174? Thats genuinely not even a sauna.
@@Ndkksooejn fair, its a far infrared sauna technically not like this. It's 150 for 45 minutes to an 1 hour. I follow that with a cold plunge at 30°f. Maybe that's the major difference here.... Just a type of sauna session. Either way, it is incredibly accessible for me to just have it in my home and has done wonders for my health over the last 4 years since we've had it.
