This is the second part of the curved girder bridge build. Part one built the framework by boiling water and bending sticks. Part two puts the girders on and completes the build.

You mentioned derailments at the apex of your super elevated curve, I will give you a tip when laying flex-track through a curve. Always lay a piece of flex-track over the apex. Find the mid point of the flex track and lay the track so the mid point lines up on the apex. Then build the rest of your curve from the ends of that piece. Your apex has the most stress on the curve. You should do your best to avoid track joints at the apex. Go stand where you can look straight on at the apex. Notice the curves tend to become more gentle beyond the apex. I always try to lay out my track on curves through the apex first. Then I build, filing in between the curves.

Looks like you need scroll saw or a band saw. They work great for small cuts like that
My biggest problem is space. I agree, a scroll saw would have been perfect. But I make do with what I've got.
Good work but, i'm going to have to scold you for not using a coping sled while cutting that small piece of wood on the table saw.

Why didn’t you just 3d print the pieces?
I don't have a 3-D Printer. I did have some scrap wood. So I use what I've got readily available and go from there. I plan on getting some stone work and then paint, cut, and install it to cover the bare wood that is there now.
Some of us can not afford a 3d printer...
@@dcrrails3402 Then why would't you get the stone work and install it before installing the wood??? Seems backward to me...
1. Cutting boards to length like that is pure stupidity.. 2. Worst way to make sure that the marks are square.. 3. Clamping pressure could be better so wood wouldn't move.. 4. Real nice precise line!!! Not really.. 5. You have a table saw. Why in the hell didn't you use it??? With a miter fence set up, they all would be the exact same.. 6. Why didn't you use a rattle can and just spray the strips green?? 7. Cloths pins, smart for a change. I use them all of the time.. 7. Why the hell didn't you put the small embelishments on the sides before gluing the sides in place?? You would have had better and easier time doing this and better fit.
