    Sick-O's and Normies I present to you my latest theory - Soras monologue in the intro cutscene of Kingdom Hearts 3, is about the Yozora/Verum Rex situation both literally, and in a meta-narrative sense.

    Between the Nameless Star, the Secret Episode, and Nomuras interview it seems apparent that Sora was talking about Yozora/Verum Rex. The meta narrative seems to line up as well, the future of the KH series is looking like a lot of fun. I know I'm buckled in for Nomuras wild ride - how about you?
    Also, Correction: There were several points where I said "dialogue" where I should have said "Monologue" - My apologies dearest Sick-O's and Normies.

      The Landi Lodge Demyx Theory's
      Demyx is the first Nobody and is really the master of then in some way. Why do i think this? Well look at his weapon, ya sure its a sitar but look deeper, its a Nobody symbol. If i have learned anything from Kingdom Hearts its there are no coincidence's and small details matter. This will also help answer the question of what one of his Quotes he say that has got my attention.
      Quote: You shouldn't judge anyone by appearance's
      Now here is something i haven't done too much research on but its another Quote he says that didnt make any sense till now. Hear me out alright. Quote: ''If the subject fails to respond, use aggression to liberate his true dispositon.'' Was Roxas ever a subject, the only subject i can think of is subject X i know its out there but we know Demyx is part of union cross in someway. So is subject X if it's skuld like we think from the secret reports in KH3.
      Another part of this quote is altogether different Theory. This also connect's to Union cross. When he says the Quote above he is reading a paper yes. Doesn't it look old?, like some kind of LOST PAGE as he read it its in quotation marks meaning someone wrote then. And i dont think that was xemas at all. Like i said there are no coincidence's in the Kingdom Hearts Universe. Now if this is all true, it will bring up so many more questions.
      His name is demy because of the world he show's up in kingdom hearts 2. I believe thats a hint for us. Hercules is a demigod the i and y can make the same sound.

    Sora is a character who cares about he meets. So saying these lines after defeating him would make sense. Also this would be a big point towards the Good Ending of defeating Yozora actually being the true ending.

    Great theory, I mean Nomura stated there was a reason Sora and Noctis were named opposites to each other. Also the final world is totally a concept from Versus XIII, It is literally the world where death and sleep touch, the two major themes of Versus XIII. The KH1 opening lines is very applicable to Versus XIII as dreams don't make sense, hence names like Somnus(sleep) and the kingdom of Insomnia.

    With your theory here, and both Sora & Yozora saying the iconic "I've been having these weird dreams" line, what do you think about Sora's 'opening' lines in KH2?
    "A far off dream that's like a scattered memory. A scattered memory that's like a far off dream. I want to line the pieces up, yours and mine."

    • @TheLandiLodge
      @TheLandiLodge  4 года назад +4

      Off the dome - I feel those words directly relate to the KH2 plot with the relationship between Sora/Kairi & Roxas/Namine - Remember that Sora was absent from Kairi's mind in the prologue of KH2, she had forgotten his name - but as Soras memories were restored so were Kairis memories of him.
      I can see how it may apply to what's going on now, as the idea of memories and dreams fading in and out of different characters is seen throughout the series, but I think it mainly focuses on the plot of KH2

  • @EdgardoJCruz-dk5kv
    @EdgardoJCruz-dk5kv 4 года назад +6

    It could also refers to what Sora was talking about when him and Kairi went to retrieve Chrithy from The Final World. With how he was talking about waiting for those lost to you versus looking for them. It works as extension to both in a way.

    I think Yozora saved Riku from the Demontide early in KH3(before the hair/clothes change). Everyone thinks it was Repliku. But notice after the appearance change, Rikus Hair and clothes turn exactly into the same style as Yozora. That would also explain why Yozora was following Riku through his dreams, or at least had the connection to Riku to do so

    • @Starfighter364
      @Starfighter364 4 года назад +3

      Let's look at the facts:
      The person who saved Riku had Riku's voice, blurred slightly, but obviously the same voice actor.
      The person who saved Riku mentioned they knew each other, when Yozora has never been shown or mentioned to have met Riku.
      Riku implies, and later outright mentions it was Riku Replica.
      Tell me, how do you get Yozora out of that? Also, Riku's clothes aren't an argument, because they were made by the Good Fairies and given to him by Yen Sid.

    Excellent theory. Definitely proving points towards the “good ending” from ReMind. Also makes sense why Sora is so weak in the tutorial if it is supposed to take place after kh3. He could be stuck in purgatory between realms. Hope this means we’ll be dumped off in Traverse Town again some day 🤔

    My theory about the beginning dialogue isnt actually at the beginning... its after he's vanished but before he's met Yozora. It could be about Yozora but it could also be about Sorahimself too. Sora has been cut loose from all he knows, his world is gone his home is gone and every step forward that Sora takes is also a step closer to getting home...

  • @hillaryslack2884
    @hillaryslack2884 4 года назад +8

    Well I always thought that those words was Sora talking about himself and the many Xehanorts. Sora in KH3 has to bring home a lot of lost hearts sometime a couple of times. Just look at what he did for Terra, Aqua, and Ventus. Then he gets lost, he is ripped from all he knows, his heart may or may not be creaking(not sure how fading affects the heart) and he has to hold on to something. So he reminds himself that if it is fate that so long as he keeps moving forward he will one day get home, so long as he believes it.
    Yes I agree that these lines also work for Yozora yet what we may be looking at are themes that a lot of characters are going to be acting out in the next saga and seeing as the way finder trio played them out in the dark seeker saga then they may just be themes that will always be in kingdom hearts.

    • @TheLandiLodge
      @TheLandiLodge  4 года назад +3

      Absolutely, the monologue fits in easily with Soras journey, and it's a theme acted out by several characters.
      I found this particular instance peculiar mostly because considering Nomuras Ultimania interview, and the way the scenery lines up, its suggestive that Sora felt this way after his encounter with Yozora.

    • @hillaryslack2884
      @hillaryslack2884 4 года назад +4

      @@TheLandiLodge Oh, you where trying to say that this is the time that Sora says these lines. That may make sense. Though I never got the feeling that the words Sora says before the opening movie in any of the numbered titles where words that he has ever said aloud. If he is saying these words at all and the words before any of the opening movies are ones that are truly said and not just Sora's inner thoughts telling us different themes that the games are going to try and prove, then I agree where you have put it works very well.
      Still if it is something that Sora is saying right then it still feels as though he is talking a lot about himself, maybe using empathy to compare himself with Yozora. As Yozora is no longer right next to him, Sora missed his chance to give advice to the guy.

    • @TheLandiLodge
      @TheLandiLodge  4 года назад +4

      @@hillaryslack2884 Yeah, with Nomura stating that the words in the opening are said at the end, I believe he is implying that this was someting Sora truly said, otherwise why give it a chronological placement? Now with that said, you're right on the money that this can be applied to both Sora and Yozora's situations, so yeah Sora is certainly feeling empathy as oppose to sympathy.

    • @hillaryslack2884
      @hillaryslack2884 4 года назад +1

      @@TheLandiLodge I was under the impression that Nomura was talking about the dive to the heart that Sora was doing at the beginning of KH3. After all we have never seen a dive to the heart as out of place as it was right then. Still I am willing to believe that if Sora ever really said those words that it happened right then.

    Hey wait a sec... If Yozora's heart was replaced could that mean that he got possessed in a similar way as Terra with Xehanort? Could that possibly mean something like the MoM is using Yozora's body? It sounds like a bit stretched theory to my own ears but just wondering!
