They are the best. I remember seeing them in 1989 with Wurzel. Night before my exam. So pissed and so amazing. They played I'll be your sister. So good
They should have been THE number one metal band in the world for decades! Yet they weren't. The ultimate underdog. But Lemmy seems to have been satisfied - he never stopped being grateful for the opportunity to do what he truly loved and to have audiences to play to... SOMEWHERE, at any given period.
Holy shit, Lemmy sounds even more demonic here than usual :D

Lemmy your untimely passing brought me here my friend. It is both a mystery and tragedy how our paths never crossed until now but it is what it is and whether you knew it or not your genuineness, genius, love of your craft and your insatiable-kick ass- ROCK 'n' ROLL will shine on just as you did you crazy diamond.
I cant really recall what the lineup that day was, but I remember that this wasnt on the main stage and the audience wasnt all there, because either Linkin Park or the Toten Hosen were about to play on the main stage. Thats mindblowing to me. I didnt even know lots of Motorhead songs at the time, but I am so glad I got to see Lemmy play live. I still remember his voice grinding through my brain.

+Horst-Dieter Magnussen Ich persönlich finde "The Animal" um Längen besser - vom Sound her ist er unschlagbar. Gilt auch für "Fast" Eddie und Phil. Eddie hat seinen eigenen Sound, Phil hingegen ist so...Durchschnitt. Rein vom Sound her, technisch hingegen sind Dee und Phil besser.

As sad as I am to see Lemmy aging ( not well ) and the songs slowing down I like the band's sound better than the last years, it reminds me of the 70's...Of course I'd prefer to see Lemmy screaming and kicking like he used to but at 69 with health issues you can't expect him to perform like he used to...

Lemmy's blew his voice out or has a cold or something the sound is good. He's trying to work through it that's the cool thing. I find that some times they get saliva in there throat and it screws there voice up and some times there last few concerts really kicked as so they really gave it. So there voice screws up for a few dates. I just like how the band tries to compensate for it that's cool.
His HEALTH was declining fast in 3years we loss this Awesome amazing Man of life music wisdom
