You are the best! I always enjoy your posts. I think working with my trainer, involvement in the arts and a great circle of friends are just a few of the things that make me surprised every time I remember I’m 73. My dad’s advice when I retired was 1. Keep working out. 2. Find an interest you are passionate about . 3. Give back to your community in someway. 4. I’d add, keep old friends and make new ones. You are a wise woman for a youngster😊
She's so cool. I just saw her at the gym and she had just gotten her hair done and looked so fabulous, but what really shines is her health and personality!
I appreciate you not using my name, but there's no doubt what you meant as you "almost" used it (K****). Couldn't you discuss losing control in public without using any name? The stereotype has been quite hurtful to actual people with the name (and very few of the people who have been labeled with the name are actually named that).
You know what, you're right. This is one of my earlier videos and I have been trying to really watch my tone as I go. I am new to public speaking so I'm sorry about that! This is one if the videos I will delete after I post more and better- worded ones. Thanks for your input Karen!
Just the kick I needed to remind myself, I am the age I choose by my behaviors and actions!

Very good advice! Thanks for sharing that!
The list of young traits and old at the beginning was a huge shock to me. Neither is true in my experience, but then I worked in childcare for years…
Matilda sounds like a hoot!!!😁😁😁😁 She seems like she would be super fun to know. Good for her 👏👏👏👏👏👏
I'm so happy to have met her! What an inspiration.
I want to be like Matilda when I grow up - which won’t be long now.

@@unblahyourself Thank you so much!
@@unblahyourselfI don’t think you have done anything wrong!
good grief
really?
the world is literally burning down & blowing up & this is the issue you want to focus on?
Love your videos! I'm 73, and I am definitely guilty of many of those traits!
