Dads FIRST DAY with his brand new Hughes Equipment Service Truck Bed

- In today's video we start off with servicing some semis to get them ready for Corn Harvest. We also have a wedding rehearsal dinner at the hoop barn so we have to clean out the barn. Then dad gets the call that his new Hughs Equipment service bed is done and he can't wait. We must go retrieve it that second!
The next work day is dads first with the new bed and he makes good use of it. We prepare the AGCO Draper head and the gleaner combine. Then we seal up the bottom of some grain bins and also get an update on our Pipe Ag system. We put the downpayment on our new K Building also.

The trusses are GORGEOUS! Pressure wash those & the building out. String party lights & a few rustic style chandeliers (I’d convert stuff from farm supply graveyard into lights & furniture. Ppl pay top 💵 for “upcycled” things like that) Some paint, pea stone, tables & you have a party pavilion for when your kids are old enough to get married!

We have a 2010 7088 combine and it is one of the most cold blooded peice of equipment we have ever owned.

Hope harvest goes well for ya Brown Farms! Unfortunately, here in Eastern Colorado corn harvest will be short this year, very little dryland acres will be picked because of the terrible drought stress.
