I've watched a couple of live performances of Todd's and I'm wondering what's with the green guitar is it the sound that he likes or the manufacturing of the guitar it's always been interesting to me how musicians choose their brand names to use
It's a late 80's early 90's Fernandez that was made in Japan. He calls he Foamy, for obvious reasons being Seafoam green. It's become his main guitar until it was stolen 2 years ago -- then returned. As I've heard, he just loves the feel of it, it's nothing special, in fact, probably a cheapish guitar by today's standards, but like most things with guitarists, if it feels good, sounds good and holds up, you keep playing it.
