They are called traction bars on a fwd car. Weight will always transfer backwards under acceleration, the traction bars try to stop this and keep the weight over the front wheels to limit wheelspin and maximise traction.
Bobas MK2 is even fkn street legal here in germany... holy shiet

Most of that will be tyres and suspension setup. Suspension setup for drag is crucial
