I am a Trinidadian and have lived in Canada for most of my life and have been to Barbados about four times, but I have never heard about this parade in the park. Thank you, Maya.
I am from Papua New Guinea 🇵🇬 and I have been following you since. I like this video from all the other best videos that you posted because you started your day with God. Keep doing what you are doing. Much love all the way from South Pacific

Barbados is really lovely. I visited a long time ago and would love to go back for carnival. My friend who is now deceased took me to the interior parts not just the tourist areas. The people were very kind and friendly to me. Ooh I enjoyed myself!
I'm Jamaican watching from NJ seeing you Wode and your wife Trudy on tour, enjoying beautiful Barbados another island of the Caribbean; my beautiful peoples connecting all of course with Africa in that great mix. So lovely😇❤❤❤.
The 'Nigerian Woman' is so vast in her knowledge of Nigeria. She has lived in the Southern and Northern parts and she was able to dissect Nigeria in a few seconds. Nice Video 'I am Maya' 🌹🌹🌹🎄🎄🎄
For me, those Christmas trees with information about various African countries reinforce Prime Minister Mia Mottley's call for closer ties between the African Union and the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) in order to tackle a number of challenges that continue to plague both regions. It reflects commitment and I congratulate you, madam prime minister and the people of Barbados. With love from Uganda!

There were 11 adults in the Ghanaian pastor's church when Wode Maya and Miss Trudy were there. Those 11 people represent 5 countries: Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Jamaica, and Belize. Contrary to what many say, Barbados is a melting pot.
The feeling is great meeting people like you same as in Africa 🌍 it makes you feel at home even though you left the continent the continent never left you 🤝🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Thank you for the joy you bring to our world. This was truly lovely. A few years ago you showed how Christmas was celebrated in a village. I remember it was based on a collective work concept. You built an archway with plants nearby and shared gifts with the children. It was so beautiful . Blessings to you and yours throughout this journey that you share.
Wode Maya you are in my Island of Barbados I’m so happy. I just left there I’m so excited for you and Trudy. I knew you would go to Barbados when you announced you would travel to the Caribbean to go to Barbados 🇧🇧 Love you guys 🇬🇭
Christmas in Barbados has a different feel to it. Beautiful and downright real. Maya really showcase Xmas day in Barbados. We used to have a great experience of Xmas and New Year in Nigeria in the 70s and early 80s as well but now the country has gone to the dogs and pigs
Not according to the millions of Nigerians the world over who flew back home for christmas last week, and are in 3 day long parties and festivals in their hometowns as we speak.
Good on them and I wish them turns of Xmas and New years. 😃😃😃. My comments was time comparison between the late 60s/80s and whoever lived thru that period would sure know the nostalgic difference between then and now. Your millions of Nigerians abroad who flew home for the Xmas, certainly are loaded and surely it would be nice Xmas season for them but sure not millions of Nigeria at home. Ask your Nigerians abroad millions about their Xmas experience now and in the 70s. Endeavour to ask millions Nigerians at home about the Xmas now and in the 70s. Have a very blessed New Year
