Thanks Chef Walter I've been watching you on A Taste of History since last week. In 6th grade we visited Williamsburg, Yorktown, Jamestown .love history. Years later visited Colonial Williamsburg in the mid 1990's. Love your videos
I know that they had limited fresh vegetables outside spring and summer, but chef Stain only ever uses root vegetables carrots, celeriac, carrots and potatoes. Surely there was more variety throughout the year.... I find the use of the same vegetables very boring.
Absolutely phenomenal! This channel definitely deserves more!
These episodes should have more views! Excellent quality throughout the whole video! Thanks for uploading for us to enjoy!
I just discovered this show and I am hooked. I love it!
