If you have gpdk library then there are method to do. Search on RUclips to add gpdk

Model Library already exist in cadence. NMOS and PMOS are used for 90nm technology.

sir, you design pmos and nmos with same W/L ratio
in Actual w/l ratio of pmos should be 2.5 times greater than pmos i think
but you got DC waveform Correct How is it possible?
Appreciate for the review. I got the DC characteristics OK.
But important is has it crossed at midpoint (half the value of input).
If it is not crossing then use pmos width Wp=2.5 that of Wn of nmos.

YOU DONT NEED TO CREATE A SYMBOL TO SIMULATE. SYMBOL CREATION IS TIME CONSUMING. ALSO YOU MISSED IMPORTANT COMMANDS LIKE PRESS ESCAPE KEY ETC.
Hi, symbol creation is optional. If you want to simulate circuit directly you can simulate it without symbol. Generally symbol is used for hierarchical design.
From where do I download and install Cadence tools such as virtuoso 6.1.x with license ?
