bro your a legend! alot of the fx are missing from Premiere Pro 2023 and had to convert the grain and damage movs because mac wont recognise them but I recreated your tutorial in After Effects and looks super! Thanks so much. The only thing I would add is if you want to preview and lower the frame rate before rendering, add an adjustment layer on top and add the effect "Posterize Time".

You use newer MacBooks.... They removed the effect in Premiere for Apple.
