  • By far this is the best technique , it almost have 90 percent of success rate. You don't need any rooting hormone.
    Always take a healthy stem that at least have pencil thickness!
    Give it a try, happy gardening

    To complete this tutorial, make a video about tree pruning and fertilizing. And the problems you face and how to deal with them. Your video is very good and enlightening, please!

    Satisfying to see them root. Does the mother plant get weaker due to no dormant period?

    • @TonysExploration
      @TonysExploration  3 года назад +2

      no ,the mother plant still grow happily, given no dormant period. There are few successful grape farm right here . I bet your California weather is perfect for grapes as well. The seeds is basically breeding new variety, it will not resemble the parent plants. The best is still cloning cutting from mother plants or graft the scion to a mother plant

    Very nice. Once the cutting roots and starts to sprout should I trim the fresh shoots down to one main shoot?

      Don't rush, let it grow wild a bit until root stable. Once is stable, then only trim down to a single shoot for training the stem to become condor
