LoL that would be funny. I think they named it 1 because they were intending to make a sequel at some point but for some reason never did?
..or Part 1 as Mel Brooks did for his History of the World. For years people kept either wondering if there was a Part 2 or hoping that there would be a Part 2. It took several years before he continued the Title with a short-lived TV series... so keep hoping....
If you want a good Hitman Comedy check out 1997's "Grosse Pointe Blank" with John Cusack and Dan Aykroyd
What you said after the film about watching Silence Of The Lambs and not being able to take that scene seriously… happened to me after watching RePossessed (the exorcist spoof) numerous times then finally getting to see The Exorcist I couldn’t take the film seriously and basically laughed all the way through it because all I could picture was Repossessed
Oh by the way watch Repossessed
Martin Sheen, father to Charlie and Emilio Estevez, had a cameo in Hot Shots! Part Deux alongside Charlie Sheen. Now, Charlie makes an appearance in his brother's film, playing a valet parking attendant. It's quite amusing how Sam L. Jackson keeps repeating 'Hot Shots' twice, haha!
Remember Patrice O Neal the roast of Charlie Sheen when he says you can't keep an sheen down but an estevez
His career is ooverrrrrrr😂😂😂😂😂
The darts - did you notice there's 3 hands putting them in the belt? Great film, the whole cinema was in stitches when this came out.
i sometimes forget how much Samuel L Jackson career is amazing .
he was in so much good movies
I've seen a lot of wild parodies in my lifetime: From Space balls to Monty Python all the way from I'm Gonna Git You Sucka to Scary Movie, but never in my existence have i ever come across something like this. 🤣
I know he's supposed to be Mel Gibson, but it's cool that he also looks a bit like Michael Douglas. That makes the Basic Instinct scenes work well, too. Perfect protagonist. You guys are right. You might like Buckaroo Banzai, if you haven't seen it.
It's a shame that Loaded Weapon doesn't have as many movies as Lethal Weapon
If you have seen "The Fugitive" than "wrongfully Accused" is a similar type of movie as "loaded Weapon" and a good watch
You guys are the best. You always react to the great lesser known gems that no one else reacts to
Also, the cop that shot too quickly it was denied any donuts was Corey Feldman, who was also one of the voices for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
I use the "No Problem" GIF at work all the time
Great movie one of the funniest movie ever made. Another great Emilio Estevez movie is Young Guns , FreeJack and Judgment Night. If you do Horror movies do Tremors. My Favorite part is John Lobiz been thrown in the car in the bag after he is told he is fine :) . You should have watched Lethal Weapon (1,2,and 3) , Basic Instinct and Silence of The Lambs, Dirty Harry before watching this movie you miss allot of the jokes and that is a shame. There is no sequel it is just a joke
Loved this movie as a kid. Far easier to understand the references 90s style than say Airplane because different eras but equally as good. Almost to many actors in this flick. I love it but who knew who in Hollywood then? N why didn't Kevin Bacon bring them all together?
