Technically Bella would be above Alec and Jane. This is because she is a shielder and that means she is able to block out gifts like Alec and Jane’s; unless they were trained in combat, which based on Jane and Alice’s fight, they don’t seem to be, UNLESS Jane was just panicking and being a big idiot. I know that Bella has no training bc she was a newborn but as she gets older Emmett or Jasper would probably train her to fight. Without their powers, they would be like any other vampire, probably weaker. Also, Alice and Edward too. No. Felix is the said to be the strongest vampire in the Twilight verse. That's not an opinion. It's canon. Also, he's on a human blood diet compared to Emmett 's "vegetarian" animal-blood diet. In the movie Breaking Dawn pt2 when Jane uses her gift to make Edward feel pain, Bella stopped the pain using her gift. Alice can see the future. Well parts of it and the future can change but still. If she hadn’t seen some parts then a lot of the things that happened later on that are crucial parts of the series would never had happened. And lastly the same goes for Edward being able to read others minds. If he wasn’t able to that (except Bella of course) a lot of crucial parts of this series that make it so good would never have happened.

Depends. I'd argue Bella because she can nullify all powers. Then everyone would just stick to their default vampire super strength/speed. And if that's the case, Garrett should be most powerful because he is the most experience in terms of combat. If Bella's out of the picture, that makes Jane most powerful since she can cause pain without touching you so Benjamin can't use his powers when he is in pain.

Bella can stop abilities that affect her directly both physical and mental, but Benjamin can affect the area around her to kill her, for example if he used an earth ability to immobilise her before ripping her apart and burning the pieces.

Chelsea have gift of relationship manipulation. He use her power to make everyone loyal to him. Her gift is very similar to Marcus (that one another old vampire whos sit on throne) who is another major ruler and creator of volturi who can detect type of relationshio between people and vampires but cannot manipulate them. Corin have gift that can make a vampires and human feel content about situation they are into. He use Corin power on Chelsea to make her feel content about situation she's in so she basically don't want to take power from Aro. She could but she doesn't feel that because shes content. Chelsea because of her status have many privilages like she can have a mate. Corin power is addictive. Making Chelsea content is her most important task. Another is that she need to use her power on Aro and Caius wives who are in Volterra Tower so they can be happy in their lives.

EXCEPT BELLA. Jane can’t even fight to save her life. We already saw how she got dragged by Alice with the help of Bella’s shield. Even Alice is physically stronger than Jane. Jane only has her powers. Take Jane’s powers away and she’s useless.

2 : Alice = She can see into the future, and see what will go on. Also has art skills so she can sketch the location of the place they need to be at/ or the area that their enemies will be at. She's able to get the warning out to her family, with what will come.
3 : Jane = She's able to make anyone suffer, and feel pain just by wishing and looking at them
4 : Felix = The power of being really strong. He could easily rip someone's head off if he pleased (except for the three above).
5 : Jasper = He has the skills and mind to fight. He knows the moves that will be pulled at him, so he's usually ready to fight without hesitation. He had experience with these fights, so he was perfectly skilled and well-taught for deadly events like that fight.

She's not. I mean physically she's very weak She was turned at 13/14 and her power can only work on one person that she's looking at so if group of vampires attacked her she'd be doomed. Alec is obvi more powerful because his gift work on many people He basically can use gift against an army. And she cannot rule over Volturi. Aro have some vampires that he use their power to rule over all of the coven. The keys to rule over Volturi are two female vampires named Chelsea and Corin. Chelsea have gift of relationship manipulation. He use her power to make everyone loyal to him. Her gift is very similar to Marcus (that one another old vampire whos sit on throne) who is another major ruler and creator of volturi who can detect type of relationshio between people and vampires but cannot manipulate them. Corin have gift that can make a vampires and human feel content about situation they are into. He use Corin power on Chelsea to make her feel content about situation she's in so she basically don't want to take power from Aro. She could but she doesn't feel that because shes content. Chelsea because of her status have many privilages like she can have a mate. Corin power is addictive. Making Chelsea content is her most important task. Another is that she need to use her power on Aro and Caius wives who are in Volterra Tower so they can be happy in their lives.
